Everyone must die, eventually, and unfortunately for Grayson and all of Alderei, Abigail passed on at the age of 82. Being a sorcerer, Grayson was destined to live a long life. Losing his soulmate threw him into a deep sorrow. Abigail died in her sleep, in her favorite place - her husband’s arms. The loss of Grayson was a huge blow to his family. Samuel and Olivia were preparing to take the throne upon the death of their aunt Catherine.
