A chilling aura spread through the surroundings as if icy energy were seeping into the air. It was odd, given how hot it had been outside. This sharp contrast heightened Adrian's sense of caution.

Turning to Tyron, Adrian remarked, “Something’s wrong. It’s blazing outside but freezing here. We need to be careful.”

Without hesitation, Adrian rushed forward, pulling his companions along. In a blur of speed, the three barely squeezed through the gap just as the boulders crashed down, sealing the entrance behind them. They glanced back, shaken by their narrow escape.
