Chapter 3546

The driver with the crew cut quickly stashed his cigar away and rushed to start the tank. He floored the gas, but despite his efforts, the engine didn't respond.

"Start the engine now!" Herald yelled in desperation.

"It's not working!" the driver replied urgently.

Herald panicked, looking back at the huge electric sphere with a sinking feeling. He didn't know what it was, but he knew one hit from it would turn them into vapor.

"How could this well-made tank break down like this?" Herald wondered aloud. He glanced over and was shocked to see the driver hadn't even turned the key.

Furious, Herald slapped him hard and shouted, "I never should have brought you! If it weren't for your grandfather, I'd get rid of you right now!"

The crew-cut driver's name was Firdaus Harkness, grandson of the Arroyos' butler.

"Go faster!" Herald demanded.
