He showed some relief and appreciated her, “Thank you for that.”

She walked into the Head of State's office and the moment he saw her, he instructed, “I am aware that he is around. Ask him to wait a bit. We are waiting for Lt. Col. Smirnoff to join us.”

“I got it, Your Excellency,” she said and walked back to her office. She looked at the Commandant's eager face and passed the message to him.

Nevertheless, he was unaware that the meeting involved Ben but he informed the Secretary, “Let him know that Lt. Col. Smirnoff was rushed to the hospital a few minutes ago and may not show up any moment soon.”

The Secretary was disoriented and did not conceal it. Instantly, she asked, “What! Was he sick?”

“I think so.”

“A moment please,” she said and walked briskly back to the office.

Now, the Head of State felt disturbed and furrowed his brow. Before he would rebuke her, she announced, “The Commandant just informed me that Lt. Col. Smirnoff was rushed to the hospital some minutes ago.”

Ben was pondering over what the doctor said when the door opened. To his disturbance, the three people he was afraid to see walked in and he was in a muddle. Despite his condition, he tried to get up and give his salute but they stopped him.“Hold it,” the Head of State ordered.“Wait,” the doctor advised and he lay back on the bed. He switched his look from one person to the other. When his eyes met with the Commandant's own, he looked away.“How are you, Ben?”He looked at the Head of State and answered coldly, “I'm fine, Your Excellency.”“That's good to hear. The Commandant informed us that you were ill.”“Yes, Your Excellency,” he responded without looking at the Commandant. They waited for him to appreciate the Commandant for the gesture but he did not. Neither did he look at the Second in Command's direction. After a few minutes of silence, His Excellency announced, “Now that you are stable, we shall be on our way.”He smiled bitterly and responded, “Thank you, Your Excellency

At Tim's HouseGeorge returned and met him waiting for him like a young wife waiting for her husband's return. “Good evening, Boss,” he greeted him when he got into the parlor.“Good evening, George. Welcome back.”“Thank you, Boss,” he answered and removed his cap before he sat down.Tim searched his eyes for any form of distress. When he found none, he asked with concern, “How is work?” “Work is fine, Boss. The managers are likely to get buyers to buy the cars off instead of waiting for an auction sale,” he explained.“That would be great. How soon will they do that?”“I will see what happens tomorrow.”“It is all right. What about the Production Department? Have they begun the production of the arms?”George smiled broadly and answered, “Yes, Boss. I worked with them and I learned a lot.”“That is good to hear. You can see that it's necessary to know of it.”“Yes, Boss. I will learn more when we begin production at the basement.”Tim smiled softly and informed him, “I have exhau

Her mind went to the bus and the comments from her colleagues (The newspaper publication is not necessary because the evidence of divorce is here. Can't you see that after the divorce, Mr. Williams collected all his vehicles from her and she had to join the bus?) (But Mr. Williams is dead.)(We are saying the same thing. His absence is the cause of her joining the bus.)“So, they thought that Tim was responsible for the cars?”“That's weird. He doesn't even own a garden cart and can't even drive a car,” she concluded. Meanwhile, his phone rang again and he ignored it. The Commandant cannot vouch that Ben did not have devilish intentions in the social media post and instructed him, “Apart from the aid, no visitor should speak with them.” “I wonder which relation would wish to speak with a student at this time of the day.”“You see what I mean. She is not even related to them."“You are right, Commandant. Otherwise, she would have known the right time to speak with them.”"That is it. It is just a ploy to get them and discredit the school.”“You agree with you,” the Housemaster said, and instantly blocked the number and left.At The Auxiliary Armory PLCLaura could not believe what she heard.“How can he say that I called the wrong number after announcing the name of the school?” She murmured. After a while, she looked at her phone and called the number again. At The Auxiliary Armory PLC - The President's Office It was Laura who walked in and she looked upset. Notwithstanding, George was surprised to see her but annoyed with her for barging into his office. He quickly restrained himself from tongue-lashing her and asked, “What brings you here, Miss Dickson?”“I need your help, Sgt. Young,” she said, trying hard to be friendly.“What kind of help do you need from me?” he grimaced his face and asked.“I tried to call my brothers' school this morning, but I was told that I had the wrong number. When I called back, I found out that my number had been blocked,” she explained. George was upset and concluded that she was below-average intelligence. “Do you require help from me, or you have come to tell me stories? Go straight to the point and stop beating about,” he advised her.“I apologize, Sgt Young. I mean, I wish to visit my brothers' school if you permit me. I will be back before you know it.”Without hesitation, he made it clear to her,

They posed for photographs afterward. Meanwhile, George shared the photographs with Tim. The pressmen will always appear like bees wherever there is honey. At that point, Laura was a history and the accomplishment of the new General and President took over the airwaves. Nevertheless, George granted an interview to the pressmen on behalf of the absent President. Likewise, an over-inquisitive reporter inquired, “What happens to your old cars?”Without second thoughts, he declared, “We intend to auction them to the public.”“Wow! That is a good idea. Permit me to ask, when will the auction take place?”“Coming Saturday morning.”“That is good to hear. Thank you so much for giving me attention.”“You are welcome.”At Tim's House After he spoke with the lawyer, he promised to be with him in a while. As a janitorial staff, he put on a simple wear and walked to the gate. “Good morning, Boss,” the gate men greeted him, respectfully. He answered their greetings and sat with them in the ga

You can go back to work, lest your manager gets offended by your absence.”“Okay. Goodbye, barrister.”“Goodbye, dear.” Tim got out of the vehicle and watched him drive away before he walked into his house. At The Complex Laura got up and walked to the door like a bulldog. The Corporal and warden gave way for her or she would have pounced on them. With that, she increased her offenses, and Jerry cashed in and whipped her legs with the horsewhip."Repeat after me, Miss Dickson. Say I will not disturb the peace of the complex again," he requested while flogging her."I will never disturb .... Hey!" She stopped and shrieked in pain.Jerry continued to flog her, and she continued to cry and repeat after him."Run for your life before I kill you. Silly girl," he shouted at her and she obeyed. George was happy to see her running out of the cell like a little mouse frightened out of the Queen's chair. She continued running towards the reception when Jerry joined George in the car and he turned on his ignition."Good job, Sergeant," he said and drove off.Nevertheless, she got to the lobby, and the new security team was surprised to see her running like a thief."What! What are you doing here?

He would have called Cpl. Simpson, who was on night duty, to release her, but it would not give him the satisfaction he wanted. Shortly after, he stormed out of his room, got the car keys from the hangar, and walked to the garage. His car alerted Collins and Jerry the moment he turned on his ignition. They walked out of the boys quarters and focused on him."We are going to the complex. Hop in if you are ready," he informed them. They were troubled and did not want to keep him longer than necessary. Jerry was on his khaki pants and camouflage shirt. Collins was putting on the same shirts upon knickers and was not comfortable with it."I will change to trousers," he said and walked away.Jerry got into the front seat, looked at George's sad face, and inquired, "I hope there's no problem?""The boss said we should release that wrench in the guard room.""Ha! You can ask the Corporal to release her," he advised him."I would have done that not until I lay my hands on her, and she would r

He furrowed his brow when he saw her in the kitchen preparing her dinner."Why doesn't she live in a big house and have security guards and a cook like Laura? At least a cook," he thought."Something should be done about it," he concluded. After he left the parlor, George sat on the couch to wait for him. At that point, he got a message from his father. He relaxed and punched on it. A wide smile covered his face while he was reading through it."She will never stay without trouble," he said when he read that Laura was arrested that morning. In the end, he said, "She would soon be working to finance bills that she incurred out of stupidity."At that point, Tim joined him and they walked to the dining table."How was your meeting with the Major General?" "It went well. Empress has grown lean," he pointed out and George was lost."What has Empress got to do with your meeting?" He asked him at once."Oh! I didn't inform you. The meeting was because of them. She fought with her instructor

To extricate herself, she answered at once, "No, Sir.""Then what happened? Don't keep me here longer than I wish," Dale thundered, and she was fear-stricken. "I apologize, Boss. I agreed with her and watched her walk to her husband. When she was sitting with him in the car, I called Mrs Bentley and showed her the two. She was surprised to see them discussing freely. When she returned, Mrs. Bentley did not bother to verify whether it was true or false."She stopped and looked at Richard who had killing intentions on his face. Tim was relishing the story and hated it when she stopped. He hit his hand on the table angrily and shouted at her, "Then what happened?"Although, they were not familiar with Tim's identity they believed that he was an important person to Dale.Instantly, she continued, "She gave her a knife hand strike. Before she could defend herself, she struck her with her shinbone and they began to fight."They focused on Empress who was still looking down. They compared

"I hope she is all right," he said and was restless. Before Tim walked to the foyer, he remembered Dale's summons to Richard's wife. He looked at his time and mumbled, "I would like to be there."He walked to his room and before he settled down, he heard a knock on the door."Come in, the door is not locked," he said, and George walked in with his stoic face."What is the matter. You scared the farmers away with your look," he made clear to him.He smiled weakly and asked him, "Did I? Miss Dickson attacked her colleague and injured her."Tim furrowed and dismissed him, "I have a meeting with Dale. We will talk about it when I return.""I got it, Boss," he said and returned to his room.Tim lay on the bed, breathed heavily, and asked himself, "What is wrong with this girl? Sacking her would not favor me otherwise, I would have done that."He thought for a while and resolved, "I know what to do?"Likewise, he rested for a while and got up. Let's see the farmers," Richard said and moved. They followed him at once and walked to the farm. Since the incident of Monday, the farmers had not seen Tim and Richard. They stopped work when they saw them and greeted them accordingly."Good afternoon to you all," they responded simultaneously.Tim stepped aside and Richard addressed them, "Thank you all for your patience."Meanwhile, George, the General Manager, and the team arrived and parked beside the clunker. At The Complex At lunch, Laura was not back, and Barbara took the initiative. She informed the Corporal of her intentions to be away for lunch and left. We can go together then," he declared. Now, the elevator door opened and they walked out."That is better," the General Manager said and they walked on.Soon, they were at the canteen. They had the meal happily and avoided discussing their proposed visit to the mining field. Their reasons were simple - to avoid luring the other managers from volunteering to come with them. Afterward, they returned to their offices and hoped to leave at 2 PM.Nevertheless, the exhausted Laura returned a few minutes before 2 PM. As for lunch, she was aware that she had miss
