Meanwhile, Tim and Richard had planned to put enmity between Ambrose and the driver. Therefore, they agreed to call the bus driver when they were certain that he would be alone. He walked into the parlor, too, and waited for the team to join him. After he changed into his casual clothes, he joined him in the parlor.

“I think he has left the hotel, Boss.”

“You are right. You can call him,” Tim approved and sat down.

He dialed his number immediately while Tim waited for it to connect. After the second ring, the driver picked up the call.

“Hello, Maj. Richard. I am delighted to hear from you.”

“Thank you, driver. How was your day?”

“My day was fine. How about yours?”

“Fine. Thank you for asking. Permit me to ask, why were you delayed in the morning?”

“The same people who blocked us some months ago repeated the same thing this morning.”
