I am proud to say that Jonah didn't go to jail, I'll repeat that again. Jonah was proven innocent and is a free man! When the judge said he found him not guilty I couldn't help the scream that escaped me.

I hugged the life out of Jonah, I didn't even know the guy that well but I was happy for him. I was happy he wasn't convicted of a crime he didn't commit and he was a free man.

We were both a crying mess and I blame mine on my period. I wiped his tears and we laughed for what reason? I don't know but we were happy!

He held out his hand for Antonio to shake, finally, Ant cracks a smile. "I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am. You guys saved me," Jonah said and I pulled him in for another hug.

Antonio nodded his head and Carter came standing in front o

I stood in front of the mirror holding my phone as I talked to Tiffany, I got her number the night I met her, she seemed like a pretty awesome person to get to know. "You know if you'd actually turn the camera around so that I could see your dress then it would be much easier for me rather than listening to you complain about how ugly you look." I frowned and flipped the camera around to the mirror so that she could see what I was talking about. "See what I mean?" I turned to my side and she snorted. "I don't see what you mean, girl you look gorgeous! Do a full turn for me still facing the camera to the mirror." I did exactly as she asked and I heard ho

"Where do you get that from?" I laughed at her confused as to what she was talking about. "You call me 'fiore' right?" She asked and I nodded my head, "And this meat is Fiorentina. So basically you're calling me meat," She explained and I threw my head back laughing. "You're hilarious Lotus," I cut a piece of meat and brought it to her mouth, she opened her mouth and took the meat in her mouth, chewing it attentively. "Juicy right?" She nodded her head and licked my lips slowly..."Now ask yourself why I call you fiore," I whispered and her eyes widened. But fiore means flower, I won't tell her that. "Oh," She cut the bread and took a bite, "Shit this is incredible," She moaned and took another bite. "We should do this more often," I offered when we finished eat

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Progress.

My phone ringing brought me out of the deep slumber I was in, it was the third time and whoever this person is wasn't giving up on the calls. I went to reach it but it was snatched from my hold. "Leave it," I opened one eye to see Ant wearing his jeans. "Who is it?" I asked stretching my body and taking in my surroundings. This isn't my room and I don't have a shirt on. Did we sleep together? In the same bed and he didn't move me to my room? "It's Wood," He said as he pulled a shirt on...why did he say it like that? "Are you going somewhere?" I asked him sitting up on the bed and covering my chest with his really nice sheets. I want them...so silky and smooth. "Did you hear me?"

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Touched.

After taking a much-needed shower, I walked back to my room singing dvsn's and Snoh's song. "I don't want nothing in between us," This happens to be my favourite song and I love it so much, crazy because I've never been in a relationship in my life yet this song touches my soul. My steps halted when I saw Antonio sitting on my bed. He had his head in his hands and was rocking his body. "Ant?" I called out and he looked at me his fingers now in his hair. "I was at Mario's," He said and I walked closer to him. "Who's Mario?" I whispered as I tangled my fingers with his hair, he pulled me in between his legs and kept his hands on my hips. "Mario... Mario was the leader before me. So I went to his house to talk to him about Wood," He pulled me closer to him, resting his head on my stomach. "Mario made me do something I never thought I would do again," He mumbled against my stomach. "What was it?" His hold tightened and he looked up at me. "Did you just take a shower?" His fingers

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   I Did It For You.

"I killed someone," I confessed and she just stared at me, not moving or even blinking. She's probably terrified of me now. Fucking hell Antonio! I feel her lips move against mine and her small hands holding my face in place, why is she kissing me? "Stop thinking," She mumbled into the kiss and my hands went to her hips, she straddles my lap pulling me closer to her. Her kisses are rough, so unlike her. "Fuck me," She whispered looking at me in the eye. "What? No," I answered and she pushed me down and pressed her hands on my chest. She hit me and I held her hands in my wrists shocked, she's never been violent before. "What's going on with you?" I sat up looking at her. "I want you to fuck me, Antonio! The way you fuck Jesse," She growled at me, I tell her that I kil

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Ignored.

It's the beginning of the week which means back to work again. Great! Antonio would be an awesome boss if he'd stop being so....him! The guy rarely cracks a smile when we're in the office. I get that he's the CEO but hey I didn't want to be here either...just saying. "Hi, Sophie," I walked past her old ass, carrying a million files that someone sent me to get because he needs them. Mxm. I opened the door with a push my hip and he looked up at me, a struggling me and he still sat down looking at me. What a gentleman. I dropped the files on his desk, I saw a smirk playing on his amazing lips but I ignored it. "Could you go..." "No," I groaned collapsing on my chair.

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Tantrum?

"So why are we going through these?" I asked him yawning, I was tired of reading these. "Because you have nothing better to do," he paged through the file not even paying attention to what he was reading. "And you do?" He looked up at me with a raised eyebrow. Do I annoy him with everything I say? "Antonio?" I called him and he sighed...yup I do annoy him. "Yes, Lotus?" "What happened to that guy. The one with the sexual offences?" I forgot his name...oh yes dickhead! And the one on his birth certificate is Ferguson, but it doesn't matter! "Still looking for me to be his lawyer," He mumbled opening another file. "Why don't you take it?" I suggested, he looked up

It was finally, thank God, the end of today! I don't like Mondays or any day that requires me to work. I slumped on the couch with my face in the pillow and one leg over the edge of the couch and the other leg on the floor. "Lotus." "No, Antonio I'm too tired!" I mumbled against the pillow. "I was going to ask you what you'd like to eat," Oh, food! "Anything without mushrooms is good for me," I waved my hand and I heard him walk away. A room without Antonio is so refreshing, I don't mind being around him but it's just that when you are... you're always on your toes. At least other people...

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Bet, part two.

So I lost the bet, Johnny the big guy didn't win against the small guy and I was hurt, to say the least. "So are you ready?" Antonio whispered cockily in my ear and I frowned, following Johnny with my eyes, I will get him later. Where in the world has the big guy ever lost against the smaller one! Where!? Nodding my head trying to seem confident yet I was crapping myself, I wasn't ready for anything but a bet is a bet and I will keep my end of the bargain and carry out with the bet, I'm no wimp. "You know, it's okay if you don't want to," he said as we walked together hand in hand. "No!" I shouted and cleared my throat, "I mean I want to," I nodded my head trying to convince him but all I was doing was convincing myself even more. "Okay then, you will love it!" He exclaimed and I pressed my lips together and slowly followed him to our room, "Wait we have to eat." "Yes! Totally agree, I'm starving, I'll go make us food," I rushed to turn around but he caught me by my waist. “Tha

"Good morning Mrs Rossi," a voice whispered in my ear and I pushed his face away from me, mumbling a pained no. "Come on, it's time to wake up." "But I don't want to, leave me alone please," I turned my body away from him and the idiot seemed to follow me. Sticking his wet finger into my ear I jumped out of the bed and looked at him horrified. "What the hell is wrong with you?" I shouted at him and he laughed looking at me. "Come on, you promised to watch them today," he said walking over to me with his arms open for me, walking right into the hug I wrapped my arms around his waist and his hands touched the edge of his shirt before grabbing my ass. "They're not kids Ant, they will be just fine," I mumbled sleepily against his chest and he moved my hands from his waist wrapping them around his neck, picking me up as he walked us into the bathroom. "A promise is a promise Fiore," he said, sitting me down on the countertop as he opened the shower for me. "But there's always next ti

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   The Tour.

Antonio stood at the altar waiting for his bride to be, officially and right this time to come out. He too couldn't believe that the day had finally arrived and they were both ready to settle down so quickly together and yet surprisingly they were both more than ready for this change. It wasn't really a change considering that they had been living together for a long time and they had already been technically married just without Lotus knowing but now they had to do it in front of everyone this time and with her clear knowledge that it was happening. Antonio stood staring ahead at the door Lotus was supposed to come out of, which she hadn't yet and it made him feel nervous and panicky, that's why he had sent Charlie to go get her and Tiffany. They weren't late per se, but he just wanted to see her and hold her. He heard a noise that sounded like cheering on and he wondered what it was all about, the doors bursting open and causing everyone to look at them, out came Charlie and Tiff

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Officially.

The preparations for this day were stressful and fun at the same time, having my best friend or should I say my sister here to help me was a huge relief! Sitting on the bed together I watched her as she tried to fit her gown but it wouldn't get past her hips. "You have been gaining a lot of weight these days Tiff," I commented paging through the book she brought for me to get back in the mode of reading hardcover books, and so far? Still not interested, which is crazy cause I remember how much I used to love them when I was a kid. Oh well, I guess growing up changes a lot of things. "Yeah, I think I've been eating quite a lot." "Out with it Tiff, you pregnant?" I asked her closing the book and looking at her, her head dropped and she slowly nodded. "Why were you quiet about it?" "I didn't want to seem careless when I told you the news after you had just...you know," she said in a small voice and I frowned. "I'm sorry Lotus, it wasn't even my intention to get-" stopping her with a

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Happy.

After months of having to attend therapy sessions, eleven torturous months of sitting in front of Dr Meyer and telling her all about my problems and how I feel, it has been absolute hell and I am very happy that this is my last session with her. At first, I never opened up about anything and would always fire back her questions to her, for example, she would ask me 'how do you feel about that?' and I would answer her with a 'how do you think I feel about that?' I know she is here to help me get over my guilt and try to understand my emotions a bit better but come on, even you have to admit that some of the questions are a bit retarded. "So Lotus, how do you feel about this being our last session together?" "Uh, am I supposed to feel some type of way?" I asked her, does she want me to be sad and weeping that I won't be seeing her anymore and I won't have to answer questions and have her prove a point to me that would bug me out for a whole week until I see her. "It's all up to you

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Almost.

I had just taken a shower that Tiffany forced me into taking because for the past three days I had been sitting next to her, watching her curly hair become flatter. Grabbing my shirt I walked to the room Lotus was resting in, buttoning my shirt up I opened the door and I heard her melodic laugh. "There you are!" She chirped and I stood by the door fazed, I wasn't here when she woke up. "You're up," I whispered, not believing my eyes, she gestured to her body and giggled. "I'm wide awake, are you just going to stand there and watch me or are you going to come hug me?" She said in a suggestive tone and still, I stood there just watching her. "You would think he was the one that got shot," she mumbled, Charlie and Tiffany laughed and she laughed too but ended up coughing. Rushing over to her side I helped her sit up straighter and gave her some water to drink. "Are you okay?" I asked her and she waved me off. "I'm fine, I missed you," she said and I smiled, looking up I saw we were

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Pray.

I was sitting on the chair next to Lotus's bed as she lay there sleeping off the heavy doses of medication that they had pumped into her body after surgery. I had never felt so useless and terrified in my life. The thoughts that kept running in my head were horrifying, only if I had moved quicker then maybe she would be awake right now annoying the crap out of me, but instead, she was here on this bed bandaged and being helped by a ventilator in order to breathe and it's all my fault. Holding onto her hand I looked at her and brought my hand to touch her curls, the curls I love twirling my finger around when we lay in bed talking about anything and everything. It's really easy to talk to her, but with her sleeping it's difficult and I just want to hear her voice, even if it's just to curse me out. I tried squeezing her hand thinking she will respond and squeeze mine back but she doesn't, her cold fingers touch mine in an embrace I'm forcing, trying to warm them up I rub our hands t

  • The Retired Gang Leader.   Over A Crest?

I had just come back from the bathroom and on our way back I might have sneakily grabbed Big Joe's gun and hit him on the head. I couldn't really pull him anywhere because he was big and compared to him, I was extremely small. Taking his pocket knife I walked back into the room and found Wood beating my Antonio who held a satisfied smirk at what was happening and Stacey standing there watching them as if it was a show. "What in the world is going on here!?" My voice echoed in the room and I ran over to Antonio pulling him away from Wood, here I am acting as if this is my house but I hadn't been gone for more than five minutes and here they were fighting already, slipping the pocket knife into his pocket I helped him stand straighter. "This is an ivory-white jacket, do you know how much work I will have to do because there's blood all over it?" It wasn't really about the jacket, but it wouldn't hurt to get them thinking it was about it. Walking back to my seat but pushing it next to
