Laura sat across from Clifton at their kitchen table, sipping her coffee and listening intently to his plans for his real estate developing business."I really think this could be a great opportunity for us," Clifton said, excitement evident in his voice. "But I know I can't do it alone. I need your support."

Laura smiled encouragingly. "Of course I'll support you," she said. "But I do have some conditions."

Clifton raised an eyebrow. "Conditions?"

"Well," Laura said, "I want you to do the visibility studies for the real estate developing. I want you to look for a good site or land that you will develop, and you must be sure that the area that you want to develop should be the interest of buyers."

Clifton nodded thoughtfully. "That makes sense," he said. "And what else?"

"I also want you to find the people that you will work with," Laura said. "I don't want you to just jump into this blindly. You need to have a solid team behind you." Laura
