Chapter One Hundred and Nine

‘Melody?’

The voice was soft but commanding and she turned towards it.

Sat in the chair next to her bed was the most gorgeous man she had ever seen, his emerald green eyes looked at her with such love and compassion it scared her. Blinking away the tears that filled her eyes she backed away from him

‘Who, who are you?’

She stammered gripping the sheets her eyes wild with fear.

The Consultant came into the room at that moment,

‘Luna you are awake, welcome back my dear’

Melody screamed she was surrounded by strangers and she struggled crazily when they tried to help her,

‘Let me go, let me go. Who are you people? Please let me go?’

They had no choice but to sedate her again and she sank back against her pillows looking into those beautiful green eyes they were full of pain and hurt making her gasp softly was she the cause of it? Sleep claimed her again and Loki paced the Consultants office,

‘What the fuck was that all about?’

He demanded,
