Chapter Forty Three

Their mates meant nothing, they had already decided whichever one of them knotted inside her would discard their mate and pups and keep her for himself but as they were brothers they would both enjoy her body. She would have been their sex slave, they had already devised a room at the bank to keep her in, and she would have been kept cuffed and naked so they could use her whenever they wanted. They had not expected her to fight back when her Wolf took over, they had planned to rape her if she refused them, she was so innocent because Loki had not explained it all. When he came into the bedroom a couple of hours later Melody was not asleep she stiffened when he lay down beside her on the bed and pulled her close wrapping his big arms around her he stroked her back tenderly whispering against her ear, 'It's okay baby girl, it's okay, I am here and I will protect you always, you are safe now, I promise you.'
