Chapter Fifty Three

The Leader smiled enigmatically and shook Loki’s hand,

‘Now young Loki, I am practically related to you, your Dad and I, we grew up together, I’m your honorary Uncle, so please call me Gerald or Uncle as you did as a young cub.’

Loki grinned back and led him up onto the dais, he made a brief speech and they sat down for a meal when he turned and asked

‘Where is your lovely mate Loki I have heard so much about her?’

She has gone to visit the Watchers who rescued her. She is grateful for all they did and visits them regularly she will be back by nightfall’

The Leader frowned,

‘Send for her Loki, I wish to meet her and I am not prepared to wait until nightfall’
