*Scarlett's POV**

I can't believe he tricked me!

I should have known!

He burst into laughter, happy with himself that he had tricked me. Even though I had done all these to make him forget his pain and have a little fun, I actually took this swimming thing seriously.

“You're so gullible.” He laughed again, and believe me when I say his laugh was the cutest. The moon goddess must have blessed today because I got to see different sides of the Alpha. Today, he didn't look at me with those eyes of hatred, but looked at me the way a friend would look at another.
