After shedding more fake tears, I was led to the guest room, it was a small room beneath my class, it was too simple. It incredibly matched Scarlett's taste, simple and of no poise.

My lips curved into a fake smile as I looked around the room.

"Please manage this, for now, I know that it is not up to what you had before but you can just stay here for tonight, I would make better arrangements for you by tomorrow" Scarlett smiled, I could see the joy behind that smile, I kind of feel sorry for her.

It was a pity that 'Sorry' was never a feeling that I felt for anyone.

I said with a feigned smile " I appreciate this, it's really simple and not my taste or favourite colour but it's really nice. A good place to lay my head, when I woke up from my comatose state, I had no other option but to sleep on the dry, cold floor… It was–hard"
