Daisy’s POV

It’s been a couple of days since the hanging. Hades and Lucien have been working tirelessly to ensure that all impunities have been taken off.

Everyone that had been involved with Alec and Alpha Smith were facing trials, it would have been bad on the system if Hades had acknowledged one and not all, that would have kept the cohorts strong, enabling them to keep the frame up and in turn intimidate the weak.

“Luna” a soft voice called.

The name was still taking a while to settle, and I had gotten comfortable with seeing people look at me with a scoff and now, the admiration in their eyes still caught me off guard.

“hi” I said to the little boy that stood in front of me, his wide grin showed his missing front tooth.

“C..can Amani join us?” he stuttered, his fingers fumbling as he spoke.

I could imagine how big of a courage it took for him to walk up to us and I was never going to turn him down.

“I promise I’ll watch out for her like I do my
