Alpha Smith had tried to hide the shock, but he was certain he had seen it. Around her neck was the necklace he had gifted her mother and the ring he knew only belonged to the Fae.

“Daisy, do you think she knows of her roots?” Alpha Smith said, with urgency in his tone.

Kane frowned, the only people that were privy to such information were him and the Alpha, the third party who was her mother had unfortunately died, taking the information with her to the grave.
