NIA'S POV

I sat in the garden area waiting for Elsa to return from her search. I still had the courage and was certain nothing was wrong. Arthur was too smart and strong for thinking it was either a runaway from Elsa or a kidnap at the hands of Rogues.

At the moment, I thought drinking something would be nice for me as my throat had become very dry from all the anxiety. I heard someone clear their throat behind me and turned around, it was Silas. We just stared at each other, our eyes never wavering.

When I realized where we were I averted my gaze. This was no garden where we could stare at each other all day, no. This place was much, much more open with over two hundred eyes hovering about, the last thing I wanted was for someone to see us and start joining dots together or worse start following me until he or she found something to blackmail us with or print in the local news house and have my name flying at the surface of all newspaper in town.
