Chapter Hundred and Four

ELSA'S POV

I had told him to go and he did. I asked him to leave and he walked out, no argument. No assurance. Nothing. I sat at the bathtub filled with bubbles and smelled like lavender and that was the only thing that had held me today. I was tired and confused and I was almost at the edge of giving up those tears that had been up my lids since today. Maybe it was a sign that I should accept his proposal and I would not. I got up from the tub and dried off my body. I stood infront of the mirror and gently touched my abdomen, wanting some sort of connection to my baby. This baby was the only thing that gave me strength and at this moment I believe I needed all the strength I could find. And not just because I had found out that the man I loved might be involved with his ex, but because I might have found the people that killed my parents.
