Chapter 80: The third wheel

"You can put me in the cell for it or even banish me from the pack as a punishment. I don't deserve anyone's love. Mommy kept telling me to talk calmly after reaching the pack, but... but I didn't listen to her." She said, and tears escaped from her eyes. "Only if I would have listened to her, then this wouldn't have happened."

Calvin looked at her in shock. Five years old wanted to go behind bars and was suggesting him to kick her out of the pack to redeem her mistake because she was thinking that it was her mistake. But it wasn't her mistake in the first place. He agreed that she shouldn't have run away like that, but how could he blame her when is he being an adult, didn't handle the situation maturely?

Then she was just a pup who just wanted her father's happiness by running away from him.

"If you want punishment for this mistake, then you will get one," Calvin spoke strictly. He knew that until and unless she wouldn't get punished for what she did, she wouldn't be able to forgive
