Mason’s POV

As I roll over in bed, I let out a groan and fumble around my nightstand in search of my ringing phone. After a few seconds of blindly patting around, I finally manage to grab it and hit the answer button. I bring the phone up to my ear and say, “Hello?”

“Hey, whereabouts are you at the moment? We're having a massive bash at the club before the Tamsin moon tonight, and you're nowhere to be seen,” Quinton inquires.

“Oh Shit! I can't believe I forgot about it. I'm still in bed,” I mutter as I roll over and sit up, rubbing my face to wake myself up. Glancing at the clock, I realize it's only nine in the morning. “I wonder if the club has already started bustling with activity?”

Absolutely, our establishment is bustling with activity and the VIP Lounge is brimming with guests. It would be highly advantageous for you to make your way here promptly!” Quinton exclaims with urgency. “Although I have a few tasks to attend to, I am willing to wait for you downstairs until you ar

My parents, alerted by my cries, rush into the room and immediately come to my aid. They comfort me and try to assess the situation, doing everything in their power to alleviate my pain and discomfort. I couldn't understand why my clothes suddenly felt so tight. I had worn this outfit before, and it had never caused me any discomfort. But now, it felt like every inch of fabric was constricting me, squeezing me in a vice-like grip. I tried to take deep breaths, but the pressure on my chest made it difficult to do so. As the sensation intensified, I began to panic. I felt like I was suffocating, like the clothes were slowly crushing me. I tried to tug at the fabric, to loosen it somehow, but it was no use. It was like the clothes had a life of their own, and they were determined to strangle me. T

It's my birthday, and I wish I could just stay in bed or venture off on my own without having to deal with anyone's negativity. While I lay snugly under my blankets, I suddenly hear a gentle knock on my bedroom door. Curiosity piques my interest, and I cautiously peek out from my cozy cocoon to see my mom and dad entering the room. Their warm smiles instantly brighten up the space, and I can't help but feel a surge of excitement. “Happy Birthday, baby girl,” my mom says, her voice filled with love and tenderness. Neo’s POV Sitting at my desk, my mind is consumed by the image of Skyler, completely engulfed in those Scarabs she fondly referred to. It's astonishing how she fearlessly caressed them, treating them as harmless creatures, before they obediently scurried away from her and disappeared into the earth. It's as if they hold no threat, no potential for danger or death. This scene continues to play in my mind, leaving me both fascinated and perplexed by Skyler's unwavering trust in these seemingly treacherous insects. “Royal, I kindly request your assistance in preparing the training grounds for the Tamsin moon tonight. As you are well aware, we will require a fire and tables for the food. Additionally, the ladies will be joining us to adorn the area with beautiful lights and decorations of their choosing.” I mind link him as I sit at my desk, looking at the sun out of the window. This evening holds great significance for me, as I am hopeful that I will finally find my long-awaited mate
