ALARIC
I got Viviana settled on the bed. She had a warm shower. A long one. She preferred my black shirt over the clothes I arranged for her. Well, I preferred it too. She looked too cute, and fiesty. I fixed her some tampons, but she insisted on using pads arguing that the latter is good than the former.
Girls! You never know to argue. More so when they are on their periods. I wanted to take Viviana home. To the pack house. But she wanted to have some rest. She wasn’t in good health. So, I agreed.
We were in the other house in the southwest of the forest. I built it some years ago. It came in handy today.
Viviana lay there over the bed. She stared at me with her puppy dog eyes. Oh! Those puppy eyes! On one side, they make me want to do dirty things to her. On the other, they make me want to protect her and swish her cheeks. I obliged with the latter.
Viviana glared at me. Such a cute little thing. Wild. Not to forget. She snuggled into me. S
ALARICOkay, so it was cool. Mom blinked her eyes, not to mention several times. Dad kept staring at Viviana. Gianna had doey eyes. No, it’s correct to say puppy dog eyes. Ashton was neutral. Viviana was standing still. All this happened in some instants of I declaring Viviana as my mate. Here’s how the introduction went:“Everyone, this is Viviana. My mate. And Viv, this is my family.Mom, dad, Ashton, and my little pup, Gianna.”That’s it. I didn’t say anything. Nothing at all. It was meant to be this way.Noah was behind me with some bottles of soft drinks. Everyone was occupied with how to react except Gianna. She was thrilled to have Viviana. Always so chirpy and excited about everything.“Alpha! Luna!” Noah bent down and greeted us. It was for the first time that someone in the pack bowed to Viviana. Someone treated her as my woman, my Luna, my equal. This, someone, was Noah. Ashto
VIVIANA“What?” I spit out the desert and almost got choked. Just what did I hear! I turned my head in a bird-like manner towards Alaric, my eyes boring deep into his ones, searching for the answer. I looked into his expressionless face.“What’s with that look, Viv?” Alaric asked. Wait! How dare he?“Alaric! How the… I mean, are you sure you are proposing this thing to me? Are you joking? Tell me.” I insisted. I was running short of patience. I wished him to deny what he just said. But in vain.Alaric didn’t deny it. He was serious. He was fucking serious. About marriage! Oh, nasty God!“Are you for real now? It’s not even a day since I landed here, and you want us to get married? Did you, Alaric, The Alpha of this Blessed Moon Pack of the Samara Plateau forget that I, Viviana Miracle rejected you in the first place, and then you kept butting in until I accepted you?” I
VIVIANAOkay, I needed to start my search. At least, I was relaxed over the fact that I hadn’t had to start from scratch. I had my fair share of information; Alaric provided me. Along with that, I had that got that dreamy event marked my brain. I would get something. It was overwhelming. We had breakfast. I must admit, Luna is the best cook. She prepared Thai cuisine and it was just…. Forget it. I can’t explain. I stuffed myself to the fullest.“Mom, you want Viviana to join the chubby G club too?” Ashton said with a wink. What did he mean? Alaric didn’t tell me anything about any club. I stared at him. But he kept munching his food. I felt him suppress his laughter. Was I being moved? The smack from Luna cleared the doubts. I was being moved by Ashton.“First, my Gianna is cute. Second, what’s so wrong if my daughters eat to the fullest. They love my food. Don’t you, guys?” The Luna patt
ALARICIt was fuck! Not nearly, but fuck. And I couldn’t do anything about it. I just had to nod. I just had to agree. I did. What else was expected of me?Dad was the Alpha, the ruling one. He said it right. It was Viviana's thing. She had the right to do it. But it wasn’t like he wasn’t aware of the consequences! He knew exactly what lay beneath the surface of that valley! He was more cognizant of everything. Still, he agreed to it. I punched the tree even harder. This time my knuckles did hurt. I needed to be stronger. I landed another punch.“You should control your emotions. It’s good to be sentimental.” And there he was. My poking younger brother.“Didn’t I tell you that you are a pain in the ass, Ashton?” I glared at him and poked his chest with my index finger. He held my finger with somewhat disgust and wiped the imaginary dust off his clothes.Damn you!“I know, I k
VIVIANAThis place is just something else. So fresh. So rejuvenating. I almost forgot everything. For some moments though. Gianna toured my the whole pack. Noah joined us. He was busy peeking at Gianna. He didn’t like her, did he? His gaze told me something else. I guess I have to talk to Alaric regarding this. Gianna is cute.As Alaric said, Gianna is a chatterbox. She didn’t stop talking. Not even for a fraction. Noah kept patting her back occasionally because she was eating so many things on the way and blabbering something. She got choked almost three times.“Be slow. And don’t talk when you eat, Gianna.”There she was. Again. Chocking. I patted her back and she grinned at me. She flashed a whole new kind of toothy smile. Awww…. My poor heart. She was such a cute kid.“Sister-in-law, which breed am I?” Gianna questioned while we roamed in the busy streets of The Samara Plateau. Noah was Alaric&rs
ALARICThe day went by. Somewhat roughly, and somewhat smoothly. Viviana was happy. She kept chirping about how the Pack was so great, the people were friendly, and the five elements were so fresh in the Samara Plateau.“I am amazed that even with recent technology, this place isn’t polluted.” She said snuggling close to me. She chose to stay with me in my room saying that it was the largest one in the whole packhouse and she liked the morning breeze through that glass window.Well as long as she wants to! It’s not like I ever objected.“So, what’s that?” I asked. My fingers played with her hair. She smelled so great. As always. Honey, rum, and freesia.“What's what?” Viviana perked up with a questioning look in her eyes.“I know you don’t need a hypnotist, Viv. So, what is it that had been bothering you? You even lied to dad. You didn’t tell me?” I said. My words
VIVIANADays passed by quickly. I had recalled most of the faded bits of that bizarre evening. The Mark on my back was a constant reminder. It never let me forget the happenings. Not even for a single fraction.Alaric was adamant about not letting me go to the Blood Wind Valley of the Witches. As if I could escape his watch. He made Baspo cling to me all the time. And mentioning Baspo, the heavy build-up, muscular man was a sight to the eyes. Handsome! It was an understatement. His sparkling blue eyes complemented his somewhat dark-toned skin. He was always dressed in a full suit, as if ready for a meeting. I guess he likes it. His frame was huge. Perfect for a wrestler. I wondered if he was!“Baspo! What do you know about the Blood Wind Valley?” I asked him a few days ago. My departure was scheduled to be today, but I ended up staying here. I didn’t have the heart to leave Gianna. She was such a cute thing. She so badly insisted on me t
VIVIANA“How long, Alpha?” I crossed my arms across my chest, exposing my boobs a bit underneath that thin fabric. Maybe it could knock down Alaric’s senses. I hoped so!His expressions wavered a bit. His eyes traveled to the valley of my breasts. He gulped once. Twice. Thrice. Perfect. I crouched a bit to put on a good show.“I was busy, love. We can go to the school tod- I mean tomorrow.” Alaric said. His voice was hoarse and raspy. Okay, he was falling for the charm. I smirked.“You are really something, Viviana. Teasing him won’t do you good.” Miracle sided with Alaric. I groaned. In displeasure. She should be on my side. My wolf was a bit edgy. I don’t mind. I was always.“I want to meet her now, Alaric,” I confirmed. My tone was determined and my eyes fixated on his face watching him getting flustered. He was having a hard time. He stood and approached me. I knew where this was
