Chapter 102

Evan stood alone in front of Adrian's grave, his eyes fixed on the freshly dug earth and the simple headstone bearing his brother's name. The weight of his grief felt crushing, as if the loss of his brother was a burden he couldn't bear.

As he stood there, lost in thought, he heard the soft rustle of footsteps approaching. He didn't turn, unable to face the condolences of others.

But then a small hand slipped into his, and he felt a gentle tug. He looked down to see Aaron's big brown eyes looking up at him, filled with a deep sadness.

"Daddy, we're here for you," Aaron whispered, his voice trembling.

Evan's gaze shifted to see Bella and her friends gathered behind Aaron, their faces etched with sorrow and concern. They offered gentle smiles and soft words of comfort.

As they stood there, surrounded by the quiet of the cemetery, Evan felt a sense of solace wash over him. He knew he wasn't alone in his grief and that with their support; he could face the darkness ahead.
