Chapter 134

Elias POV

She has been missing for nearly three hours now and my anxiety is shooting through the roof. We and Maxwell's men have searched the grounds and surrounding area multiple time with no sign of her or really leads, we found some tire tracks over the hill in the dirt and some heavy foot prints leading up to it but thats it.

'Chilli?' I try mind-linking with her again for the hundredth time but still theres no answer, she must be still unconscious. I am losing my head, where is she? But, just as all hope seems lost, I hear something, a crackle in my head and the faint sound of a voice, fighting it's way through.

'Elias?'

'Chilli?' I plead, praying its her, 'Chilli, is that you?'

'Sorry Elias, it's Erin, still no luck reaching her then?'

'No,' I sigh, 'did you find anything?'

'No, sorry Elias, Leroy and I will do one last sweep and then make our way back over to you,'

'Okay, thanks Erin,' and she ends the link.
