“Who is that?” Jose hisses as he grabs me by my shirt and yanks me into the fucking kitchen.

“My luna,” I reply in a deadpan tone.

Carlos snorts, clearly upset. “You mean you lost our real luna?”

Enrique infuriates me. He always wants to do things alone when he should be using the help of his people to find the answers, team work. The guard’s men will probably trick him into not getting the stone.
