Artemis' POV

When we got back, I only looked at Zelo when needed. I'm just now realizing that it's hard when you're your ex's bodyguard.

We are back in the office now and he has gone back to his job. Sometimes our eyes meet but we don't really say anything to each other.

After a while, someone knocked outside so I just opened the door.

"Good evening, Ms. Bodyguard!” Mr. Juan Cloud greeted me with a smile. Even if it's already late at night, his energy is still high. I let out a small smile and greeted him back.

"Aren't you going to double-check me?" He looked at Zelo's place with a teasing grin. I think guards outside already check if he has a weapon with him or what but it's okay to double check too so that's what I did. I was still in his arms when I heard a crash from Zelo's table.
