"Nope. Why would I want to talk about something like that? It's not going to benefit me in any way." Bradly laughed and got to his feet breezily.

He blinked and waved a hand, continuing, "If you really want to know, you should ask James. I need to get busy now, so bye!"

He left as quickly as he'd come, and he was as mysterious as always.

He and Summer hadn't even spoken for half an hour before he'd left, but Summer didn't stop him. She was already mad at him.

Time passed in the blink of an eye. In the days that passed, Summer tried to think of a way to build a bridge for Kelly's marriage. Nothing came to her, though.

Her three days were up. She and James had to move back to the Quigley residence and face the true matriarch of the Quigley family, Caroline.
