The three of them ran all the way to the entrance and took the freight elevator down to the enclosed building under the sea.

When the elevator door opened, Dracula finally understood what Cage meant.

The underground building was not that complicated at all. Apart from a control console, there were only hundreds of freezers that had lost power. It was very empty, and the living area was simply separated by a few iron fences, allowing for a clear view.

There was not much dust on the control consoles and the freezer, including the metal floor, indicating that the staff had been evacuated recently, and many scattered documents indicated that people evacuated in a hurry.
