"Get out of my sight!" The chief of police responded.
The officers left, as Chief Rodriguez started thinking about what he would do about the situation on the ground. He decided to be involved in the investigation since Detective Kelvin was still on suspension.
George Roland couldn't travel out of the country because his passport was seized, so he still had to hang around but disfigure himself so he wouldn't be recognized easily by the police or the passers-by.
He knew that he couldn't hide forever so he decided to carry out another deadly plan.
