Chapter Fifty One

2024-10-29 19:42:56Another episode of me throwing up, I feel my guts wrenching. My eyes look so puffy and I feel wozzy...no dizzy. Literally the same thing though. Clutching my stomach, I empty into the toilet bowl before sitting on the floor, contemplating what to do.
The door to the bathroom open and Fabrico enters, he kneels by my side immediately, pulling me into his arms and rubbing his hands up and down my back.
"I hate to see you like this and I can't do anything about it"
Sighing, I said. "You can. How about never knocking me up again" I state and a smile cross his lips.

In a room with five police men and a man in suit which I'm guessing is Fabricos lawyer, I try not to fumble with words if I'm asked a question. Standing by the corner as Fabrico and his lawyer chats away about the situation on ground, I look toward my right to see Karen taking notes of everything happening. Her job must be really boring, taking notes all the time."Selene!" Fabrico calls for me and I walk to them, my arms folded. "I'd prefer you here with me" he says.
