Chapter 5:Friends?

"Goku is by far the best Dragon Ball Z character ever" Angel stated firmly. She was cleaning the erasers in the classroom while getting into a very intense debate.

"Nope, Vegeta is." Zhul retorted. Zhul was sweeping up the floor. Angel's mouth dropped from his comment

"How can you sit here and say that" Angel asked. "He is the strongest character!"

"I think his wife Chi Chi could take him." Zhul joked. Angel picked up an eraser and hit him in the back of his head. "I hate you!" Zhul said rubbing his head.

"Keep telling yourself that" Angel said. He laughed and threw the eraser back, but she ducked out of the way and stuck her tongue out. She walked over to him and stood right beside him.

"So the class looks pretty good" Angel said looking around. Zhul nodded in agreement. He ruffled Zhul's hair as he took pride in the cleanliness of the room. Angel slapped his hand away.

"I am not a child zhul" angel hissed fixing her hair. zhul smirked evilly then proceeded to pick angel up and put her over his shoulder. angel yelled and kicked around but zhul kept her firmly on her shoulder.

"Put me down right now Alexis"

"So formal, Angel, all you have to do is say please zhul" He teased.

"Fine, please..." zhul was about to let her down "strawberry" zhul automatically had her on his shoulders again but this time spun around in circles.

"I swear I'm gonna kill you zhul" angel yelled trying to keep calm. zhul just laughed at her as the classroom door slide open. zhul paused when he noticed they had a visitor. He clenched his fists seeing the intruder.

There was zhul holding angel on his shoulder, her upper body was towards his back and the visitor got a good view at angel's pink teddy bear underwear.

"Busy?" His voice was rough.angel eyes widened at the voice.zhul slowly put her down and she turned to face her boyfriend.

"Bobby" angel said.

"Nice to see you remember my name" He said. zhul rolled his eyes at bobby. angel realized there was a lot of tension in the room. Angel quickly made her way to bobby, and forcibly grabbed his hand leading him out of the classroom. zhul scoffed then turned back to cleaning. He hated the thought of her and bobby. But he couldn't do anything about it, he liked angel, she was a good person, so how could he break her heart and tell her that her boyfriend is cheating on her.

Angel pulled bobby far enough down the hallway. She turned to look at him and was going to say something but he cut her off when he smashed his lips against hers. She accepted the kiss as he pushed her up against the lockers. Once bobby started to lift her skirt, she pushed him away.

"What are you doing?' angel said fixing her skirt.

"What does it look like!" He said hungrily looking at her.

"I said we couldn't have sex for a month" Angel said firmly

Bobby then started to walk closer but she held out her hand for him to stop and he frowned. "Why cant you wait!" Angel argued.

"Dammit angel, what the fuck is the problem?" He spat ridely. Angel was shocked at his tone.

"I swear you are addicted to sex" angel said. , "Nothing wrong with that" Bobby said smirking. Angel rolled her eyes at him.

"Is that the only reason you are with me?"

"Babe, of course not I love you"

"I love you too, but my friends may have a point about us moving too-"

"Your friends?" Bobby scoffed. "Like Andrian, the guy you failed to mention is your ex boyfriend."

"How did you find out about that?"

"I have my sources"

"You are digging up info on me?" Angel asked.

"I am making sure no man gets too close to you" bobby protested. Angel looked at him dumbfounded.

"How does that make any sense?" Angel yelled. "If you wanted to know something you should have asked me. Andrian and I are just friends, Are you jealous of Gerand and Kent too?"

"Look I am the man, and what I want will be enforced, and rule number one, you need to stop hanging out with those guys."

"Who?"

"ALL OF THEM"

"No! I don't get you, why are you acting so possessive and crazy, all you wanna do is have sex and keep me to yourself but I will not be some submissive girlfriend" Angel declared.

"Its that damn carrot top isn't it" Bobby growled impatiently.

"What does zhul have to do with this?"

"zhul? I thought his name was strawberry, I thought you hated him, and I find you all happy go lucky with him"

"So you're jealous of zhul now?" Angel asked annoyed. "I wish you would grow up bobby!"

"How am I supposed to feel when I find out you went to Teddy Bear World and you invite him into your house!"

"Okay, if you are gonna go crazy stalker on me then I'll leave" Angel said before getting ready to walk away. Bobby lost his temper and grabbed her arm. Her swung her around and violently pushed her into the lockers.

"LET GO OF ME!" yelped.

"NO!" Bobby growled tightening his grip on her. "Let go of me, you're hurting me" Angel whimpered. He was definitely much stronger than her. He glared at her and shook her. "I don't give a-"

Bobby then got a fist connected harshly to his face by someone. Bobby fell to the floor and Angel slumped down the lockers looking at Bobby in shock.

"You okay midget?" her savior asked. Angel looked up at zhul and nodded. Her heart fluttered seeing zhul. She felt relieved to see him there. She was so happy to see him.

"You fucking dick face" Bobby said wiping blood from his lip and slowly getting up "You gonna regret that carrot top."

zhul put up his fist ready to fight. "I have been waiting for a while to kick your ass " zhul retorted. bobby hissed and began to run to attack but he was stop when a hand grabbed his shoulder.

"You know better than to start fights in school during football season" a calm voice said. Angel recognized Demmy. Bobby looked at him for a minute then shrugged himself off. Angel got the weird feeling Bobby was a little afraid if Demmy. Bobby spat blood then began to walk way but before leaving he yelled "You are dead strawberry".

Zhul scoffed then proceeded to help Angel up. "Are you okay" He asked obviously worried. Angel smiled at his warm touch. She didn't understand what had happened to her or why Zhul was the guy making her heart beat fast. Angel stood up straight and smiled at him, "I'm fine" Angel looked and noticed Demmy was still standing there. Angel slowly walked up to him, he was facing the other side of the hallway.

"Thank you" Angel said to him. He turned to look at her.

"Why are you thanking me?"Demmy said calmly. "After all, I am the one who spied on you and told Bobby"

"You did what?"

"He asked me to watch you because he heard you were going to Teddy Bear World with Carl Ramos," Demmy glanced at zhul. "But instead you were with him"

"But why would you do that, you know I would never cheat on bobby, and nothing is going on between me and Zhul"

"I didn't say there was, I simply told bobby, He accompanied you to Teddy Bear World and you invited him into your home, whatever he believes is his own imagination" Demmy said plainly. Angel clenched her fists at his explanation, Demmy knew better than anyone about Bobby's temper and even though he didn't show it he must have secretly enjoyed the drama.

"I must be going Angel, the students are starting to arrive for the day" Demmy said as he turned and left.

Angel watched him leave. She would have to be more careful, if she didn't want drama to start. Then a hand touched her shoulder. She turned to see her savior.

"Lets get to class" He said to her. She nodded and followed him back to class. She was happy he did pry or talk more shit about Bobby. He was being sensitive to her feelings about her love life.

"GOOD MORING ZHULLLLL!" Darwin yelled running into the classroom.

"Must you be so loud in the morning" zhul sighed.

"Forget you then, How are you today angel" Darwin said looking over to her.

"Fine thank you" angel said smiling. zhul rolled his eyes. Angel is such a faker.

"Angel" Gerand called out to her. Angel turned to face him. "How was Teddy Bear?" He asked.

"Good, I had a lot of fun" Angel said. A blush almost came to her as she thought of... zhul?

"I'm sorry I couldn't go with you, angel" Andrian said joining the conversation. "I'll make it up to you soon" zhul watched the exchange between Andrian and Angel. He saw how close they were and wondered if Andrian still had feelings for her.

"Class settled down" Shane said as the class got into their seats and she started the day.

Meanwhile...

"Damn I needed that." Bobby said pulling up his pants. While fatima got off her knees and fixed her hair.

"Anything for you" fatima said smiling at him. Bobby loved that he was able to manipulate the girls in this school especially Fatima and Cassandra who will do anything for him, even becoming his side whores.

Bobby looked at his watch and cursed when he saw he was late.

"Damn we gotta go" He said opening up the closet door and walking out. Fatima pouted.

"When do we get to 'play' again" Fatima asked seductively.

"Don't know yet" He said plainly, "I wish Angel had your spark"

"Do not mention that little bitch" Fatima spat.

"Excuse me you?" Bobby growled.

"What do you see in her, she obviously doesn't do it like I can"

"Because I love her" He said.

"Your kidding me right?"

"No, I love Angel, that's why I am with her and I don't plan on breaking up with her."

"Well I heard you are only dating her because her family has money" Fatima stated.

"Believe what you want" He said getting ready to leave for class. "Oh and do I have to remind you?"

"No, I won't say a word to anyone about us , not even Cassandra" Fatima said. Bobby smirked. "Good Girl"

"Strawberry , wanna eat with me and my friends for lunch?" Angel asked Zhul.

"Sounds great but Darwin might complain I'm ditching him for new friends."

"Its cool invite all your friends, the roof has plenty of space for all of us to eat."

"The roof?" Zhul asked.

"Yeah, don't worry its perfectly okay to eat there." Angel said,

"Sure why not" Zhul agreed.

Angel smiled and left with Gerand, Mush and Andrian. Zhul made his way over to Marison and Rhesalyn and let them know about the new lunch spot. Zhul knew Angel probably didn't wanna see Bobby in the cafeteria.

Up at the roof...

"So after Demmy told me he spied on me, he left and Zhul walked me back to class" Angel said as she explained the story to Andrian, Mush and Gerand.

"I swear I could kill Bobby" Gerand growled.

"He is such an asshole, I'll help you kill him" Andrian hissed.

"Angel, you need to be careful" Mush said shyly.

"I know, he is beginning to scare me"Angel replied.

"So you went to Teddy Bear World with Zhul?" Adrian asked with a bit of jealousy dripping from his voice.

"Yeah and his sister kimberly"

"Hey guys" a male voice said. It was kent followed by Jenny and Jonica. They sat down and joined the other four.

"Hi guys" Mush said smiling. Angel never really told her business to Jenny and Jonica mainly because she didn't trust them yet. It was very hard for her to trust girls. Kent was a trusted friend, but he usually missed a lot because he was in a different class and always with Jenny and Jonica.

The three newcomers sat down and brought out their lunch. "Angel, how do you like your Teddy Bear vanity set?" Kent asked.

"It's great, thanks for helping me set it up." Angel replied.

"That was very nice of you, kent" mush said. "Gerand and Andrian never like to help her with Teddy stuff" Kent simply blushed at the compliment. Angel giggled to herself.

"What the hell!" Andrian yelled. "I offered to take her to Teddy Bear World....BEAR WORLD!"

"Then you suddenly got sick" get said sarcastically.

"Shut up Gerand" Andrian said. gerand said gave him the finger and continued to eat his food.

Andrian was about to retort but then the door to the roof swung open.

Everyone turned to see who had joined their lunch. Angel caught sight of orange and smiled.

"Hey Angel" Zhul said walking over, m then noticed he wasn't alone. "I brought all my friends too"

Darwin quickly jumped up out of nowhere and hugged Angel. "Thank you so much, for inviting us for lunch" He said happily. "No problem" Angel said in pain as he hugged her tightly.zhul pounded darwin on the head. "Let go dumbass"zhul growled.

"Hello everyone" a sweet voice said. "I'm Darlene, this is Gerand."

Gerand eyes immediately went to Rhesalyn. Gerand smiled and waved at both girls. Darlene slightly pushed Rhesalyn to sit with Gerand, while she sat next to them.

"This is Archie, Marison and Brix" said introducing his other friends.

Angel smiled and nodded. "The redhead is Gerand, this is Andrian, Mush, kent, jenny, and Jonica." She said introducing her friends.

Brix noticed Jonica looked familiar.

"Jonica Lazo?" Brix asked.

"Yes" She said plainly.

"You are vice president of the Lazo Pharmaceutical Company?" Brix asked.

"Yes I am" She replied. zhul and his friends' jaws dropped.

"How is that possible, you are like 17" Rhesalyn asked.

"My father doesn't trust many people" She replied simply.

"How did you know her, Brix?" Zhul asked.

"My dad hates her dad" He replied. "I have seen pictures in newspapers that my dad has thrown in anger" Brix said.

"So you must be the son of Dr.Zaragoza Jonica said sounding a bit interested.

"Yes I am"

"My dad despises your dad" Jonica said smiling. Brix simply smiled back. Angel was shocked. She had never seen Jonica show any emotion. Brix made his way to sit next to Jonica and they began talking about their fathers.

Everyone sat down and it wasn't long til everyone was comfortable and talking. Darwin and Archie were talking Jenny who seemed to be entertained by them. Kent was talking to Marison, asking him about his tattoos. Mush was talking to Darlene about some of the clubs at school. Andrian and Gerand were talking to Rhesalyn about Karate. Angel and Zhul seemed pleased that everyone was getting along.

"So zhul, how was Teddy Bear World?" Rhesalyn asked teasing him.

"Not bad actually, we got VIP treatment thanks to Angel" he said

"You went with Angel?" Rhesalyn asked

"I bumped him on the way"

"Oh yeah, I forgot you had to take kimberly to teddy bear world!" Darlene said. "How is she, I miss cooking with her, how is Lorry, I hope she is feeling better"

"Lorry is recovering fast" zhul replied

"I miss them so much" darlene said sadly.

"You should visit them, I'm sure kimberly would love to see you"

"Okay" darlene said blushing. Angel noticed this and began to wonder if darlene and zhul had something going on. angel raised her eyebrow at darlene and darlene noticed.

"Angel would you like some of my lunch."

"Um, no thank you" Angel said smiling.

"Oh come on, it's a fish and red bean paste sandwich" Darlene said. Angel stomach growled and her mouth watered. And she didn't understand why.

"I guess I'll try it" Angel said hungrily. Everyone stared at Angel as if she was crazy. Angel took the sandwich from Darlene, carefully examined it. Everyone leaned in closer to see what would happen. Angel took a deep breath and took a bite.

She chewed slowly with an unreadable expression then she gulped and smiled. "That's was good!" She said happily. Everyone's jaw dropped including Darlene, no ever complimented her food.

"Thanks Angel, you can have that one I brought two anyway" Darlene said smiling. Angel nodded and continued eating. Zhul gave her a weird look and watched Angel eat away.

When Lunch was over, everyone packed up their lunch and made their way to class.

"Come Darlene lets go" Rhesalyn said

"I have to go to the bathroom first"Darlene said

"Me too" Angel commented. Rhesalyn rolled her eyes.

"Fine, lets go" Rhesalyn said, "I'll come too" Mush said.

"Why do girls need to go to the bathroom together?" Gerand asked out loud.

"Shut up baboon" Angel said giving him a swift jab to the stomach.

Angel, Mush, Rhesalyn and Darlene walked to the bathroom. In there , three girls stood in front of the mirror applying make up. One of the girls noticed newcomers and smiled.

"Hi Angel, Hi Mush" She said. Her two friends snarled at Angel.

"Hi Engeline" Angel said. "Hello Cassandra and Fatima"

They simply rolled their eyes at looked over to Rhesalyn and Darlene.

"New girls?" Fatima asked.

"Yeah, what of it" Rhesalyn said defensively.

"What's your name" Cassandra said walking up to Darlene completely ignoring Rhesalyn.

"Darlene Resalute, nice to meet you"

"Ever think about becoming a cheerleader?" Cassandra asked.

"No, I don't think its for me"

"No one wants to be a mindless bimbo" Angel commented. "No offense to you Engeline"

"None taken" Engeline said

"Angel mind your business" Fatima said.

"Or what, you gonna suffocate me with your boobs." Angel joked.

"Stupid bitch I cant wait to put you in your place." Fatima spat

"I would like to see you try" Angel said walking closer to her. Engeline automatically grabbed Cassandra and Fatima. "Lets go now!" She said dragging them out.

"Who is that?" Rhesalyn asked.

"Cassandra, Fatima and Engeline" Mush said finally speaking up. "Engeline is nice but the other two are mean"

"They are senior cheerleaders" Angel said.

"What's there problem?"

"They have some weird obsession with my boyfriend but I don't care about them."

"Bobby is your boyfriend right?" Darlene asked

"Yeah why?"

"Nothing, I just heard some bad things about him" Rhesalyn added

"From Gerand right" Both girls nodded. "His personality is a little rough but he loves me" Angel said looking down at her wrist. Rhesalyn and Darlene looked at each other then looked at Angel"I know he does"
