Damian now tucked his golden cross beneath his unbuttoned white shirt. "Samantha was consuming poison unknowingly 2 months before giving birth to Blake. Blake didn’t kill her, other people did. Samantha was murdered.”
At the mention of his mom’s name, Blake flinched and made a soft sound while avoiding looking at anyone. Including Cassie.
Cassie stopped looking at Damian, and glanced towards Blake, while asking, “Are you sure this is the right place for this… conversation?”
