ALPHA LUCAS’ POV

“Shit!” I cursed out loud and hit my fist on the wall, in anger.“You don’t have to worry. Chase after her while I get a doctor to heal her up.” Elijah urged me, and I nodded.

I hurried down the stairs, and dashed out of the building in search of Serena. Definitely, she would have headed out to the forest, so that was where I was going to search, first.

On getting to the tip of the forest, I saw a blood trail which I followed, but it ended not too far from where I started.“Shit! Where the hell are you?” I uttered, under my breath.

I couldn’t get a hint of where she was, and that was almost driving me crazy. I looked left and right, but there was no trail I could see, from where I was.

Then an idea came to my mind. I bent down to touch the blood, and smelled it. It wasn’t really her blood, but at the same time, it was her blood. The evil wolf spirit must have been badly hurt by the exorcist. What made me curious was how it was able to get away, despite that the silver c

SERENA’S POV My eyelids fluttered open, and for a while, things seemed a bit fuzzy, and I had to close my eyes back, to get a clean sight. The trick worked! I looked around, and figured out I was back in my room, and everything seemed clean and neat, unlike the last time I set my eyes on the room. The last thing I remembered was me feeling nauseous to an extent that I passed out, and I guess the evil wolf spirit must have taken over, since then. Is it still in me? Was the exorcist able to take it out, or not? Why can’t I remember anything, like being free from the evil wolf spirit? “Hey, big girl. Missed me?”I suddenly heard Lorna speak, and it got me so excited that I could have almost sat up abruptly, and screamed, out of excitement. “Lorna, is that you?” I asked, trying to confirm.“Obviously. It is me.” Lorna responded, coolly.“Wow. Where have you been? Why have you been silent, all along?” I questioned her, wondering why she had even chosen this time to speak. “That’s because

SERENA’S POVAgain. It wasn’t possible for us to meet.Elijah had also gotten a text from Lucas. He probably didn’t know we were together, at that point.“Come on, we need to get back to…”Before he could complete his words, the thunder rumbled loudly, and the lightning in the sky, gave me a feeling that a heavy rain was about to pour down. The wind began to blow fiercely, and the sky became darker, by the second.“I think we should hurry.” Elijah said, offering me his hand to hold.“No. I… I can’t.”“Why?” He asked, out of concern.“I’m going to catch a really bad cold. It’s best I find a shelter, than run under the rain.” I explained to him, looking a bit concerned about how bad the rain was going to be as I didn’t want to experience the aftermath of going under the rain.Suddenly, the rain began to fall in droplets, and I looked around in fear.“Alright, we can go under that tree.” Elijah suggested, and we both hurried down to the tree. The tree was big enough, and even its branche

SERENA’S POVThe next day, I woke up, feeling a positive mood. I stared at my wrist band, and smiled. Joy beamed in my heart like an inflated balloon on a good day.Who would have known that a gift like this would bring me so much joy, and liveliness in the atmosphere? Merely looking at it made me yearn to see him, but how was I going to see him? What excuse, would be perfect?“Hmm.” I sighed as I placed my index finger on my chin, going through a chain of suggestions.“Yes! Perfect!” I voiced out as I finally thought of the one perfect excuse to use.I pulled my bed cover from my body, and got down from my bed immediately, then hurried into the bathroom to wash my face up, and brush my teeth. After doing that, I stood before the mirror to brush my hair up, and then packed it into a bun. A smile came up on my face as I admired my beauty. Then I headed for the door, and stepped out of the room, the moment I opened the door. Butterflies fluttered in my belly as I got closer to his room.

  • The Nameless Luna   I love you

MARA’S POVIt was funny to think that I had actually cooked up an excuse to ensure I’m able to spend time with Michael, without anyone knowing. Although, I felt kind of guilty that I didn’t tell Serena about it, because she deserved to know, but then, I guess I would let it slide, this time.Next time, I’m going to ensure that I let her know about my movement, no matter the person I’m going to see, except maybe if it had to be confidential, and yeah, that would probably be business.“Hey, baby. How’s the meal preparation, going?” Michael asked as he joined me in the kitchen.“It’s going pretty well. And even much better, now that you are around.” I uttered with a smile, and twisted my legs, feeling girly as I stared into his eyes.“From what I see, you’re done, cooking, and what’s left is for you to serve the lovely food. But then, before you do that, I’ll love to do what has been on my mind, ever since you arrived here, at my house.”“Oh, really?” I chuckled, feeling excitement, rise

  • The Nameless Luna   He's dying

SERENA’S POVI walked into her room, concerned about her current state, and why she had come in, but told no one about it. Or did they reject her work or they said mean things to her?I placed my hand on her back, and she raised her head to look at me. Her mascara was all messy, and her eyes were a bit red, as well.“What’s wrong, Mara?” I asked her as I moved closer. But she dropped her head back into her arms, and cried more, which made my heart break.“Speak up, Mara. What’s wrong? Talk to me.” I urged her, and then she raised her head up again.“I didn’t want you to see me like this. I wanted to act all fine, but now that you’ve caught me, I’m sure you’re never going to forgive me if I tell you what happened.” She cried out, looking really depressed.“Come on, try me.” I urged her, ready to forgive her for whatever she must have done.I was going to try my best to be one of the rarest kind hearts she had ever met, and it was certain that she would reciprocate as she ought to. • The Nameless Luna   What The Hell!

THIRD PERSON POV Serena and Lucas couldn’t help but admit within themselves that they were overwhelmed by fear. Lucas knew how dangerous the journey was, and this made him even more scared.“Well, we can start off on a good note, again. Hello.” The man spoke, in an eerie tone.“Who the hell are you?” Lucas managed to question him, as they were both wary of him.“A question which actually isn’t the major concern. But I’ll tell you one thing. If you dare try to escape, because it’s only expected of you to want to run from me, you won’t be able to get to the world beyond.”“Uhn!” Lucas exclaimed softly, not knowing whether to believe the man or not.“Yeah. To make things more understandable for you, I am the passage to the lost world of herbs, which only means without me, you can’t go into the lost world of herbs. So, now, I hope you know that it is only unwise of you to run from me. And if you have enough time to waste, you can actually run from me, and when you realize you’ve been w

  • The Nameless Luna   Thank You So Much

ALPHA LUCAS’ POVI couldn't understand the fear and anxiety filling me up. It wasn't the first time Serena and I had been through something this concerning, or even been faced with dangerous creatures, and people, but still there was that nervousness. That whispering voice that told me my fears were not twisting lies in my head, but trying to bore the truth into me. Something really awful could happen, and I might be unable to escape it with Serena by my side. Either way, I hated the feeling. The whole place spoke, and gave an aura of power, dark power, and it boasted too easily of how we could get killed. It was the main reason for my fears. The man looked at us, and even without the features on his face, I was somehow able to tell that he had a smile on. Then, I looked at Serena. She also seemed lost in thoughts, probably worrying about how things would turn out. But I had to be strong for her, so she wouldn’t feel in any way, bothered.“We are willing to try. After all, it is why w

  • The Nameless Luna   Fear

SERENA’S POVWe fell mercilessly, hitting the rough edges, getting bruises all over. I landed on the ground with my head in an awkward position, before straightening up, and looking at Lucas, who was sprawled on the ground, breathing hard, as he looked up at the sky. I looked around. Apparently, we had fallen in some kind of hole. Due to taking quick hasty breaths, the dust managed to get into my nose, and I sneezed hard. We heard the strange buzzing sound, and I covered my mouth, only for another sneeze to come through.I sneezed again, and Lucas scrambled to his fist to cover my mouth. I held his hand there, trying my best not to sneeze. Eventually, I let out a tiny one, and with my eyes watering, I looked around, taking Lucas' hands off my mouth. Everywhere was dusty. It was probably because we had fallen through it. All the dust seemed to be settling. “What do we do now?” I whispered, giving a little cough, as I tried to swipe the dust away from settling on my face.“I think we s

  • The Nameless Luna   Dearest Bitch

ALPHA LUCAS' POV I didn’t respond. I didn’t need to. It was clear she was upset, but she wasn’t about to fight me in front of her father. Vincent just watched the exchange, his eyes were unreadable. He cleared his throat again and stood, motioning for Eliana to follow him.“I’ll leave now,” Vincent said, his tone steady. “But our meeting will have to be postponed until tomorrow. We’ll meet in the human world to officially cancel the alliance. That’s the best way to handle it.”I nodded. “I understand,” I said, keeping my voice even. “Tomorrow, then.”Vincent looked at me for a moment, his eyes hard, before he turned toward Eliana. She didn’t move immediately, though. She stood there for a second, still staring at me, her jaw tight. It felt like she was going to say something else but whatever it was, I really didn't’t want to hear. I just want them both out of here so I could return to Serena and make sure my mate is okay. But instead, Eliana glanced at her father, and after a moment

  • The Nameless Luna   Assasinated

SERENA'S POV "You… you were scared I’d leave you?” I asked, my voice soft, barely above a whisper. I hadn’t thought about it from that angle. I’d only ever thought about my own frustration, my own anger. It hadn’t occurred to me that she was scared too.She nodded, her face filled with guilt. "I wanted to tell you, I did. But every time I tried, I’d think of how much it might hurt you. Then you'd hate me. I thought… maybe I was being selfish." She looked down, her fingers nervously fiddling with a loose thread on the bedspread. "I wanted a piece of him to stay with me. I wanted to keep you with me. Even if it meant keeping the truth from you for a little while longer."A fresh wave of tears rose in me. I reached out, wrapping my arms around her tightly, pressing my face against her shoulder. "Mom… I’m so sorry," I whispered. "I didn’t mean to be so… so difficult. I should have trusted you."She hugged me back just as tightly, stroking my hair. "It’s okay, Serena. It’s okay. None of t

  • The Nameless Luna   I'm sorry

SERENA'S POV Letting go of those thoughts, I picked up my phone. I was going to text..... Elijah. I hadn’t seen him since the whole situation with Eliana, and now, with so much on my mind about Alpha Vincent, he was the only one who might have some answers. Mara could help but she'd only know a few things not much. There was no hesitation—I needed to ask him everything.Serena: Good morning Elijah,I pressed send and barely had to wait 10 seconds before he replied.Elijah: Hey Serena, how've you been.Serena: I'm fine. Um, there’s something really important I need to ask. Can we meet up this evening? The message was out before I could second-guess it. I waited, watching the screen, the seconds stretching. Finally, my phone buzzed.Elijah: Sure, does 4 p.m. at the garden back at crescent moon pack house work for you?Serena: Yes, see you then.I let out a slow breath, feeling a sense of order slipping back into my day. Knowing I had a plan gave me just a little bit of calm, but it was

  • The Nameless Luna   Alpha Kayden

SERENA'S POVLucas was right, as long as Elijah and I both decide against the union them Alpha Vincent can't force us to do anything. "Are you sure he would agree to it though?" I asked. For some reason I felt a bit strange, like Elijah wouldn't want to go through with it. Of course he hadn't exactly been open with me about feelings but... all those times when...."Why wouldn't he?" Lucas suddenly asks. I stare into his eyes and remembered Elijah is his childhood friend and my mate as well. Even if there were feelings, he'd ignore them for both our happiness. And why am I even coming to conclusions? He might only treat me as he does his sister. Just like how Mara is close to Lucas."I think you should get some rest now. You've had a long day." Lucas said releasing me a bit from his grasp. " Okay. " I said feeling reluctant to leave his room. I wanted to sleep next to him again. I loved sleeping next to him."Don't worry about anything love." He whispered and placed a kiss at the crown

  • The Nameless Luna   You Belong To Me

THIRD PERSON POV Lucas walked into his room, as though he was on autopilot mood. He had just put his aunt in the guest room, and his thoughts were all tangled up. But when he entered, he saw Serena standing by the window, looking out into the night. She looked so still, yet so distant, and he knew she wasn’t okay. That look in her eyes, they were lost. He suddenly felt bad, he had been selfishly worrying about her betrothal to Elijah that he didn't think about what she could be going through after finding out about her identity. He slowly walked up behind her, slipping his arms around her waist and pulling her close. He held her tight, almost as if he were afraid she would disappear if he let go. Like it would kill him to even release her a little bit. Serena leaned back into his embrace but didn’t speak, she already knew it was him by his scent so she didn't even bother turning to confirm. They stood like that for a while, just star gazing as though the stars knew what they were goi

  • The Nameless Luna   Eliana's Sister

THIRD PERSON POV Lucas couldn't believe what he was hearing. Alpha Vincent had been searching for his lost daughter for years, but eventually, the search had been abandoned. The whole pack believed that no one could survive that explosion. Especially a newborn, barely a few hours old. Alpha Vincent’s wife had been a warrior, and his 15 years old son was his heir. They had been lost to the explosion and their bodies were found barely in one piece, but the body of the baby was never found. People believed that maybe her body had been incinerated in the fire, turned to ash before anyone could recover it.As Lucas stood there, staring at his auntie, memories from his past rushed back to him, fast and sharp like a blade. He remembered when he was ten years old, back when things were simpler, and his aunt was still part of the pack. She wasn’t around often, but when she was, she always made time for him. She’d share snacks, play games with him, and make him laugh. One day, she suddenly d

  • The Nameless Luna   Mother

Serena's POVi woke up to an empty bed, the morning light slipping through the cracks of the curtains. My muscles ached, reminding me of last night with Lucas. I stretched out, wincing as a specific soreness tugged at my sides and legs. He was already gone. A frown tugged at my lips. Why did he always leave before I woke up?I threw off the covers and swung my legs over the edge of the bed. The cool floor felt good against my skin as I stood and made my way to the bathroom. As I brushed my teeth, my mind wandered to Lucas. We’d had a good night, yet waking up without him always left an empty feeling in my chest. Was it too much to want to wake up beside him at least once? After freshening up, I slipped into a simple dress and combed through my hair, still thinking about him. Maybe he had some work to do early in the morning. That would make sense—being Alpha came with responsibilities, and Lucas was always busy. Still, I couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed.I headed downstair

  • The Nameless Luna   I love you too

Serena's POVAfter the intense passionate moment in the car, Lucas and I got dressed properly before returning to our rightful seats and driving back home to the pack house. Once we arrived we were welcomed by the maids who stood by the sides and the ones who were busy with their various activities. They'd stop and bow respectfully before walking away.I barely focused on anything going on around me though. My head was still in my wet flower. The only thing I could think about was the love I felt for Lucas and how much of his love I felt with every kiss, every touch, every glide inside of me. And when he gave me his seed I felt strangely fulfilled. Is this what it feels like to be made a woman by the one you love? But then the problem of my identity made me feel like I had hit my head on a stone cold wall. If Lucas and I were really related then, would we still be able to be together? To have breathless moments like in the car. Would we be able to love each other openly as I'd like us

  • The Nameless Luna   Passion in the car

Serena's POVThe air inside the car felt intense and I could feel my heart rate speed up at the taste of Lucas lips. Lucas slowly pulled away and gazed into my eyes, searching for something. I looked into his eyes to find the same desire that burned within me. "This is risky, if we really are....""We already did this before, and I really need this." I said while subconsciously biting at my lip. His gaze fell on my lips and then he swiftly leaned in and captured them once more. His kiss this time was different. It was possessive, demanding and savage. Then it changed entirely and it became intense and electrifying, it felt like fireworks were exploding in my chest. I felt a whirlwind of emotions, and began getting lost in the intense moment. It felt like the whole world had melted away into nothingness and all that was left was just us and the only thing that matters now was his lips on mine. Lucas lips are soft yet firm, and I couldn't help but love it's taste. Before I could wrap m
