“Don’t! I’m sorry!” Victor covered his eyes and threw himself at Kiran’s feet. “Please forgive me!”

He was smart, and he knew that he had run into someone really strong this time. He knew when to throw in the towel.

“I believe in an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. I came here to very nicely ask you to pay your debt. I wasn’t even thinking about beating you up. You’re the one who doesn’t want to pay. Isn’t that right?” Kiran continued speaking calmly.

The businesses that refuse to be bought over are being forced into bankruptcy. Xander Corporation is quite a large corporation, but it can’t compare to the three big families. They want to buy over Xander Corporation and asked me not to return the debt. They also asked the banks not to offer Xander Corporation any loans. Within a week, Xander Corporation will be auctioned off if they can’t pay back the three billion they owe the banks.”

Victor snuck a look at Kiran’s reaction after he said this.

“Continue,” Kiran said calmly.

He had just arrived at Bayville and did not understand the workings of the city.

When Harold learned who Kiran was yesterday and realized that he wanted to cancel his engagement with Snow, he wanted him to marry her anyway. He even openly delivered their marriage license. All this made Kiran realize that Harold had his own reasons for doing this.

He then left.
