"Then you can check what is wrong with him with the distance that you're in, right?" Samira suggested.

Hiro wanted to reply to her but left it. His focus was entirely on his father.

Selena breathed in relief when she saw her husband walking inside their room without any scratch on him. She was so happy and hugged him, all her worries were gone.

"For a moment I thought you were gone and wouldn't come back alive," Selena said, kissing him all around his face. "I was scared, Osiris. For once in my life I was scared." She added.

"Why will you be scared? You know me and how I work." Osiris grinned at her.

"So did he threaten you? Punished you?" She asked going straight to the point.

Osiris nodded his head and told her what had transpired between him and his son, not hiding anything from his wife again.
