I was doing squats when I felt an uneasy feeling inside my chest. I was not sure why I felt it. It felt like someone squeezed my heart. I had to stop doing whatever I was doing. I sat down on the ground to catch my breath. Even my lungs were on fire for some time as I tried to calm myself down. That feeling stayed, messing up with my insides for a good minute.
