The three kingdoms were unknowingly bloodline related. Except the relation between King Julian and Lady Hilda, they were cousin, his mother was the younger sister of her father. Aside from that, they were clueless that they were actually related from the great grandparents of their great grandparents.

After the land was become one solid and safe place for witches and non-witches, it led by one person. He didn’t call himself as king or some other title that sounded the same. He was the richest person across the land, kind-hearted, and help a lot.
