One Week Later: The news of the death of Alexander Russo had spread far and wide, and that doesn't only include the whole of Italy, but the whole world. And in that one week, a lot has happened to The Cross Sword mafia.First of the first, attacks from rivals. While many hadn't dropped their guard down as they believed Gustav was still alive and their first and foremost threat, some of them that had pledged their loyalty to Xander or had an enmity with him were not very open sighted. For they took this as their chance and attacked the Russo’s in every way they could possibly do, but the results were fruitless on their side. They had managed to cause little to no damage at all to the Cross Sword Mafia. For this was something Gustav had seen coming, and he had already prepared himself, and not just that, but he also knew who was mostly likely to attack.Let's just say, a number of the Cross Sword's allies had turned into enemies in one week, all because they believed the Russo's were d
The bell rang, signalling the end of class. The students began to slowly stand up, picking up their belongings while stealing glances at the new kid and the popular girl."I can't believe she let him sit beside her. Does she have no class?" Riley whispered as the gang stared from a distance, while Sam feared her position in the group. She had spoken out of turn earlier. What if Agatha decided she wasn't fit for the group anymore?"I'm sure she has a very legit reason to do so." Sam defended, taking her friends off guard. "Let's leave them be."Meanwhile, Agatha stuffed her belonging in her bag, preparing to leave; all the while feeling like someone was watching her."If there is something you want to tell me, don't bother. I don't want to hear it anyway." Agatha said, turning towards Augustus while the boy quickly looked away, his ears turning red. "N-No...No I-I-I- just-"Agatha glanced at the room, at all the students giving her the look before she sighed, running her fingers throug
Panting from lack of breath, Agatha came to a stop once she reaches the entrance to the manor, holding her knees to balance herself as she fills her lungs with air. She has been running the whole Sunday morning, and now her lungs burnt from the exhaustion. As she enters the manor and makes her way to her room, she feels another presence syncing along with her footsteps and following her, which she doesn't care. She already knows who it is.Once inside her room, maid Tristi offers her a towel before running off to prepare her bath. Once alone, Agatha begins. "So what have you found?""Your brother’s autopsy results are out." Romeo declared, making Agatha scoff as she dabbed at her nape with the towel. "Took them long enough."Romeo continued. "According to the doc, Xander had been chloroformed a few hours before his death, but before that he had also been highly intoxicated, since they found a huge amount of alcohol in his system.""He sure had enjoyed before his death." Agatha remarke
He's doing it again. He's following me around again.Agatha walks down the stairs with her teeth gritted, while the whispers around her start rising. She can hear his quiet footsteps behind her despite the hubbub around them, which makes her even more angry as to how conscious she is of him around her.Seriously what is wrong with him? I clearly made it known last week that I wanted nothing to do with him! Does he not get the hint?Is he really as dumb as he looks?Someone giggles, making Agatha whip her head towards them but just as soon as she does, the giggles die down, as if scared of her wrath.Oh God. By this point, I will already be the laughing stock of this school! It is lunch break now, and while Agatha's first destination was to head straight for the cafeteria, she now make a U turn and heads for the double doors that lead outside of the building. And as she does so, she hears that certain footsteps following her yet again.Good. I will silently kill you and dump your body
Augustus did not come to school the next day.Or the next.Or the next.Until a whole week had passed and Augustus was on medical leave. Many laughed at him, saying this was meant to happen since he arrived and it wasn't a surprise all of this had started only in a week of his arrival.Word has spread around that Agatha had beaten him into a pulp, or at least gotten someone to do it, and now she is free from that leach always clinging on to her.Of course, no one had seen this happen, although it did happen, so how did the rumour spread, when the only people who saw this were Agatha, Augustus, and Jimmy and his friends?Agatha wouldn't say a word, the matter was about her and although this could install fear on everyone to not forget who she truly is, she wouldn't do something as risky as this, something that could literally expose her and her families true identities. If Augustus hadn’t pressed charges, someone else might have, but thankfully, no one knows the rumours are facts or no
"Did you guys hear the rumours?""What rumours?""So you guys didn't hear?""There are always new rumours coming out. Which one are you talking about?""The one about Agatha beating the new boy into a pulp."Just as Maicy says it, her eyes go wide, and so do her friends as they slowly glance at the pink head beside them, who stares at them with wide eyes."Oopsie." Jenner whispers, biting her lower lip. Meanwhile Soralina looks curious, having not heard about the so called rumour. "A rumour about my sister? Again? What is itthis time?"Maicy purses her lips, unable to start the ball rolling. "Uh...Soralina, some say it might not actually be just a rumour, but also facts, so maybe you don't have to listen-""If it’s about my sister I will." Soralina deadpans, making Maicy click her tongue. "Don't say I didn't warn you."Warn she did, but like the naive girl that Soralina is, she didn't think it would be this bad. For no sooner was Maicy done with her tale about the new boy being beaten
“Is this for real? Are my eyes deceiving me?” “No way, that is so not happening.” “Welp, it already is.” The gossip and whispers continue all around them as Agatha and Augustus make their way across the parking lot and towards her car, a smug smile on her face as she shields her eyes with her sunglasses, while Augustus scurries behind her with her bag in his hands, wiping the bruises on his face. Taking in a deep breath, Sam storms towards Agatha and her new minion, her chin raised up. “Agatha what is the meaning of thi-“ “Later bitch.” Is all Agatha says as she makes her way to her car before turning around and waiting for Augustus to reach her. Meanwhile Sam just stands there like as if she just bit her own tongue, glaring daggers at Augustus as he passes by her. Taking her bag from his hand, Agatha gestures him to take the driver’s seat. “Get in, you are driving me.” But the boy makes no attempt to move as he begins fidgeting with his jacket cuffs, looking down at the floor w
Only one week remains before the midterm exams and Augustus had only attend classes for one week. Well he arrived a month before, but one week had wasted for him to recuperate after the beatings he had to take courtesy to Agatha. Now he had only spent one week in the school, and another remains. How is he supposed to prepare in such short span of time?“Whelp, you kind of had it coming when you decided to join school only one month before the exams, can you blame anyone?” Agatha says carelessly, pulling out her necessary books while Augustus stares at her incredulously. “I think I can. Apparently, I was completely okay with coming one month before exams because I know I’m smart and I can handle it.”Then, walking beside her, the two make their way to their first class side by side, earning glances from everyone which the duo ignore. “But then, thanks to a certain someone, I missed a whole week of school to heal. So yes I think I can blame someone.”“Are you saying this is my fault??”
Agatha stares at the sleeping figure of Theo on the bed, no real emotions crossing her face. Unlike the hospital room that she received when she came in the Scorpio Venom Society, all plain white, Theo’s is different. There’s a whole forest painted in the walls with baby elephant’s and giraffes and monkeys and every other forest animal, smiling and playing within themselves. Her bed is just the same, and so is her nightgown. And as Agatha sits there staring at her daughter, she feels like she is staring at a younger version of herself. You look so much like me, and yet, when you open your eyes, you look like that damned man. Like your father. Thinking to herself, she doesn’t even realize when her hand moves to her neck as she grabs the anklet, playing with it in between her fingers. And just as she does that, she remembers a certain someone, feeling like it was only yesterday that she met him and kissed him in his soft lips as he held her in his arms and comforted her. Pulling the a
Silence prevailed all over the room as Agatha finished her story, stalking around the room and looking at all of Louise’s belongings with a blank face. but just because she is blank does not mean the others are, especially not Soralina.“After that, Lucian and I stayed in the America, watching your every moves, making sure you were always protected and out of trouble. Lucian made sure to check on you while I…I looked after my daughter.” Agatha concludes, stopping right in front of Louise’s desk as she notices something she hasn’t seen for six years, something that was stolen from her by Louise.Soralina stares down at her legs while Theo makes her way to her, clutching Soralina’s hand. “So…Xavier is…alive?”Agatha turns to look at her sister, slowly nodding her head as she takes the anklet in her hands, the one Louise stole from her when he drugged her. “He is very much alive. In fact, he is even listening to us right now.”Louise head whips towards Agatha, making her point her ears.
Xavier...is alive?How...How is this possible?Xavier was dead. He died as a baby. He..."No." Agatha breathed out, shaking her head continuously. "You are not Xavier. Xavier is dead. He died at infancy even before I was born. Don’t you fucking lie to me!"The anger and hatred in Agatha's voice had Xavier tilting his head sideways in amusement. "And who told you that little sister?"Silence."Gustav?"Yeah. But I won't tell you that.Xavier chuckled to himself, shaking his head. "Since when did you believe anything Gustav ever said? So far, everything he told you turned out to be a lie. What made you still believe in it?""I...I..." Agatha stammered, wanting to doubt Xavier’s words and tell him he was trying to manipulate her but she didn’t. Because deep down she knew he was right. Gustav lied about everything; he could have lied about this too."No he didn't. This was the only time he was actually honest with you."What?Agatha's head whipped to the man with a glare set in her face,
Flashback:Agatha lied there with her back pressed to the rock hard earth, her heart beat slowly disappearing but her pulse remained. She drifted from in and out of consciousness, not knowing how long she was there and when death would come to her and take her away already. She knew Soralina had been there and was already gone, hopefully to take care of Theo. But what she didn’t understand was, why she was still alive.Just as she believed she was taking her final breath with her beating finally ceasing, she heard the muffled voices of men from a distance, or more like they were bear her, she just couldn't sense dye to her body shutting down."She's here. Boss! We found her! She's here. You don't have to come up." Someone was whisper yelling like as if scared to be heard.Agatha's head moved to the side, wanting to know what was going on around her until the face of a man zoomed in on her, eye brows knitted together in worry."Is she even alive?" Another said, joining his companion. T
Soralina stares at her sister, her eyes turning wide with shock and horror at the sight of the girl she thought was dead for the last five years. Her lips remain parted in surprise, voice giving up on her while Agatha finally turns her attention away from Louise, before they feel on Soralina. Green eyes colliding with blue. So…you are the greed eyed hooded figure? The two of you?You were the ones saving me this whole time? Watching over me?Slowly but surely, Agatha’s lips morph into a smile as she walks towards the girl, looking down at her. “Hello sister.”“A-A-Agatha?” Soralina whispers, her hands rising up as she gently touches her sister’s cheeks as if checking to see whether she is real or not. Agatha smiles sincerely, her own eyes getting glassy as she holds onto Soralina’s hands letting it reach her cheeks. “Yes, me.”Soralina huffs, disbelief never leaving her as the first of her tears start to drop, making Agatha tear up as well. “It’s…you?”“No one else but your twin, Lina
USA, 2022,Shock and horror registers in Louise's face as his jaw drops down, his eyes staring at anything but Soralina and the little girl beside him.He staggers backwards, his breathing getting laboured as he takes in Soralina's story. "No. No you are lying. This is not possible. Agatha and I never...We never...""Never what Louise?" Soralina asks in a deadbeat voice, already done wiping her tears after remincing her past life. "Never made love to Agatha?""I...""Of course you didn't. You don't do things nicely." Soralina replies with bitterness in her voice as her eyes get darker. "What you did, was rape her."Louise's head shoots up in light speed, finally understanding what Soralina means. He remembers that time, the time he drugged Agatha and made love to her. He remembers it because that was the only time he ever got to do it, and it remained memorable. But what he didn't know, is that she was pregnant after that."Of course you didn't know it. Because Agatha isn't crazy to t
Present day:Words failed Soralina as she sat there with Agatha's limp body in her arms, feeling numb all over. It has been only thirty seconds since Agatha passed away, but to Soralina it feels like decades, centuries, as she feels the bond between then being severed, detached, removed.Above her she can hear the echoes of the battle which is soon coming to an end, with one side only alive now to be the victor. And a part of her already knows who it is.Slowly but surely, Soralina gently places Agatha's head down in the hard rock floor, brushing her stray hairs from her face as she sucks in a deep breath, willing herself to move and not start crying again."Goodbye, my other half." Soralina said, feeling her usual excited heart beating now being just a mere thudding in the chest, just like every normal human being. Because the one that held that excitement in her heart, is now gone. Not wasting another second, Soralina tears her eyes from her sister and stands up, knowing another sec
“Here, drink this.” Sister Aria said as she offered Agatha a bottled mango juice, making the girl smile at her. “Thank you. Where is Sister Nina?”“She is getting your reports checked.” Sister Aria replied, taking a seat beside the girl in the waiting room while Agatha nodded. This made Sister Aria turn towards her, tilting her head to get a better look. “You did a great job Agatha. I’m so proud of you.”A tight lipped smile appears in Agatha’s lips as she touches her belly, listening to the soft heartbeat of her daughter. Sucking in a deep breath, she said. “Do you think I can do it? be a mother?”Sister Aria smiled at her sincerely, rubbing the girls back. “Aww my dear, of course you can. What makes you doubt so?”“I have never even spared a glance towards a baby, let alone take care of one.” Agatha replied earnestly before turning to stare at her palms as she said softly. “I kill people Sister Aria. I don’t protect.”The young girls words broke the lady’s heart, wishing to somehow
Three Months Later:With angry steps, Agatha stormed inside Sister Aria’s room, finding the lady with a bunch of more nuns including Sister Nina. One look at her glaring face and the nuns stood up once by one, getting out of the room safe for Sister Nina and Aria.Agatha stormed forward and without waiting to beat around the bush, she got to the point. “When are we going?”“Going where Alexandra darling?” Sister Aria asked, although she had a clear idea of what Agatha was talking about. And judging by the fuming glare in her eyes, she knew Sister Aria knew too. “Don’t play dumb. You know what.”“I’m afraid I don’t.” Sister Aria finally looked up at Agatha with a smile plastered on her face and this only made the young girl even more angry. “Fine! When are we going to the hospital to abort this thing!?”The smile left Sister Aria’s face but Agatha didn’t care the least. “That, is not a thing. It is your child, and you are its mother. Just because we call it an ‘it’, doesn’t make it a t
