Mercy

I didn't wanted to have another moment that I will regret so I stood up.

"Thank you." I said and got away from him. I was looking at the floor. I don't know why but I was scared to look in his eyes.

"What are you doing here?" He asked me.

"I am here to warm some milk for Ella. Although why you are here is a bigger question." I said. But the very next second I got confused. I wasn't sure if I should have said that or not. After all it was his house and I was living at his mercy.
