Chapter Twenty Seven Another petty fight.

ANOTHER PETTY FIGHT.

"Finally the day is over!". Leniela squeaked, stepping out of the shop with her hand bag.

"That's right". Aldo, who was locking the door, affirmed.

"I'm surprised to see that you are closing the shop this early knowing how much of a workaholic you are". She commented with a teasing smirk.

Aldo smiled.

"Well, tomorrow is Saturday and we don't usually open the shop as early as other days so I thought of taking a long rest today so I can do some laundry as I will be busy on Sunday". He replied.

"You got a date?". She asked teasingly.

Aldo wiggled his head smiling.

"Just a few things to sort out".

Leniela nodded in understanding.

"Do you still feel any pain?". He asked as his eyes lowered on her leg.

Leniela performs a small leg stretching exercise. "Not really which is all thanks to you". She smiled appreciatively.

"I'm happy to be of help. Honestly with how things happened earlier I would think the driver did it intentionally". He pointed out.
