Isabella's POV.

It's been over four years since I came back to my grandma's town.

I had gotten maximum support from Thelma, as she promised me.

She was with me all through the pregnancy stage to the birth of my children.

I had twins. A boy and a girl.

The boy's name is Nathan while I named the girl Natalie.

Thelma had teased me so much when I picked the names.

She said that I was still madly in love with Nate that was why I incorporated his name into my children's name.

I denied it though. I told her that it was because Nate was their father, even though I didn't want to have anything to do with him.

When the kids are grown, and they start asking for their father, I might reach out to him then so he could meet his children.
