He patted her hair slowly as he stared at her. He could feel her tears soaking his shirt, but he didn’t mind. All that mattered was that she felt better, and he consoled her until she stopped crying.

"It’s fine, Kathryn. Don’t cry." He told her as he continued to rub her hair, but it didn’t stop her from continuing to cry, and at that moment, he didn’t know what to feel anymore.
