I carefully caressed the side of Sofia's face with my thumb as I watched her doze off with her head resting against my chest.

Even in the position we laid, her right hand still clung to the printing.

Why was she so interested in it?

Carefully, I moved her head from my chest to rest on the pillow and she groaned gently, adjusting her posture on my bed.

Staring into her charming face, I felt guilty pinches in my heart knowing I had lied to her face about the true origin of the painting.
