'Do you have anything new?' After sending the message, I scrolled through my recent chat with Sarah on the dark web and noticed something from the information she had given me the last time.

I completely believed the devil in an Armani suit was responsible and did not think much about the mercenaries.

Sarah says the information she got says they were Italian mercenaries with classified weapons and the underground government of California had allowed them to escape after the operation.

According to Sarah, they might be after some high-tech material but that does that warrant the killing of people.

What tech material would be there in the first place?

These are many questions I would think about if I didn't hear Sonia spill the truth while thinking Mr. Pompous had received the call.

The one thing that rang like a bell was that the only reason I'm not dead is because I'm in Mr Pompous' territory where those mercenaries cannot come.

That answers the question of who they came
