Chapter thirty Nine

Vanessa’s pov.

“You are so beautiful Baby Girl” he said as he stared directly into my eyes.

What is he doing here? And why is he looking at me like that? I had so many questions to ask but the only thing I could say was “How may I help you?”

He still did not say anything but looked at me, like he was trying to read my thoughts which is very impossible.

“I just want to see you and apologise for my sister behaviour, she just loves throwing tantrums,Don’t mind her,” he spoke up and for some reasons I was really surprised that was the reason he came here to apologise, sounds like an excuse but I have no right to judge.

“It’s fine,but you didn’t have to come all the way here just to apologise” I said to him.

“ Yeah I know, let’s say it’s an excuse to see you,” he says and smiles at me. Any girl would have fallen for that smile but not me. I only wanted to see one person smile like that.

Pretending not to get the hint I just flowed with the conversation “why would you want to see me?
