Vanessa’s pov.

When Dominic saved me from Elliot, my heart was pounding like crazy. I can't even explain the relief I felt when he carried me to his room in the mansion.

His strong arms made me feel safe and protected. I won't lie, my feelings for him even grew more, It was like that moment changed everything between us.

I realized that I could trust Dominic and he made me feel important. In that room, lying down, I just soaked in the peaceful atmosphere.
