Eve looked up when she heard her mom’s words. She took a deep breath, allowing herself a moment to breathe after going through a slightly painful physiotherapy session.

"Can I go back to my room now?" Eve asked one of the nurses.

"Yes, Miss. Today's physiotherapy session is over, and you can return to your room."

"Can I stay here for a few more minutes? Is there another patient scheduled for physiotherapy after this?"

"The next session will start in 30 minutes. You can stay here if you want to."

Eve nodded. "Thank you," she said with a smile.

After that, the two nurses entered their room, leaving Eve sitting with her mom.

"We'll sit here for 30 minutes?"

"Yes, that's right," she nodded again.
