“Don’t you wish to be powerful, Fabian?” Tasha posited, now with a hint of persuasion gracing her voice. “That is how we reposition ourselves. If you are frightened by Loretta, just picture how harmless she would be after the Peg Empire and our families are on our side.”

Fabian flicked his defeat and shook his head. “It should not be power hungry. It should be what is right. We are talking of losing lives here Tasha.”
