With my arm draped around Eden's shoulders, I stood in front of the new tomb of her ex-mate.

It's a gray day, but that hadn't stopped Paxton from walking out to bid their last farewell to their Delta. Eden is visibly struggling with this goodbye, but she has already emerged from her initial torrent of tears and appears more at ease now.
