For werewolves and Lycans, our first shift is normally done on their 18th birthday or for ones like me, Raphael, and Zaire. We went through ours on our 15th birthdays. This shift is the most painful, especially for one that has been changed and was not born, if one does not have their mate by their side to see them through it.
