Why would this man use an authority staff on me

“Griffin, please don’t do this. I’m not done with my education.” I pleaded, going on my kneels.

Knowing fully well that I can’t argue with him in a harsh tone, all I could do was to plead to him.

“Do as I order, son. I can’t put a total stranger to head my hard-earned business and trust me I know what is best for you. I’m your father and can’t lead you astray.” Griffin responded.

He moved closer to me patting me on the back as I was starting to sob. I know I’m a man but I really needed to relieve myself of the heartbreak I experienced at the moment.

I was still on my kneels pleading fervently. Becoming a chief Executive Officer isn’t a very easy task. I would have to sacrifice my goal, visions attached to education that I have got since a very long time ago.

Never wanted to make the same mistake Griffin made with his decisions.
