Chapter 59: Crazy

“I need to stop her,” I murmured to myself getting away from the window and going back towards my door. Rattling the knob I try to open it, chanting and repeatedly in my head that I needed to stop my mother from hurting Seff.

“What are you doing? You know it’s useless,” Travis said making me stop for a second. His words ticked my brain and turning only slightly to look at him over my shoulder I glared at him.

“If you are going to help me then say something or keep your fucking mouth shut,” I bit out my words making him look away and understanding that he wouldn’t help me I turned back to try again on my own.

Banging on the door a few more times I knew it was useless since it had been made with thick sturdy wood that my normal human strength wouldn’t be enough to break down. I am sure Seff would have easily torn down this door for me, if only he could get to me.
