Aurelia's POV

"Wh-What?" I stared at him in shock. Why was he suddenly so pissed asking something like that? "Wai-Wait a minute!" he looked like he would just snap the chains in his moment of fury but that would produce a lot of noise that I couldn't afford.

"J-Just calm down-"

"I asked you a question!"

I looked back towards the end of the hall, worried that his sudden outburst might draw some attention. I turned back to him, still curious as to why he was acting this way.

"I don't understand-"

"Let me rephrase then, who else have you undressed for? Did you run away from me just to be at the mercy of others like this? Did Adrian see you like this? Is that why he was hellbent on making you his concubine-"
